AT&T Store

Austin Hamilton was absolutely awesome. Made the experience very well. He took the time to be thorough, honest and really made sure I understood what was going on. He is a good humored and professional and I enjoyed my time with him in store and I’m not a people person but he made me feel very comfortable and I appreciate him very much. You should really retain this man as an employee because if you don’t he is going to make someone else a very very good employee. Sincerely.

Tyler did an amazing job helping my fiancé and I get our new phones and watch. He fixed an issue my fiancé had been having for 3 plus years that even apple couldn’t help us with. Tyler even went to get our new devices since his store didn’t have any in stock at the time! He really did an amazing job and he knows his stuff!
Austin also helped us get our phones activated and transferred over. He was super knowledgeable and kind! He made us feel comfortable while we waiting the time to transfer everything. Austin made good conversation and was really informative.
Both of these guys were top teir employees! We usually go to a different location but I’m so glad we came to this one this time and we will be going to that same location from here on out!

Out of all the AT&T stores in Springfield, this is the one to go to. Josh, Carson and the team are top notch! They are helpful and informative and proficient to get product in stock. We live on the south end of town and when looking to upgrade our phones again, we ended up here.
This is our go to store.

I think this was the fastest ATT visit ever. The wait was short, they were crazy helpful, and I there was never any of the hard sell. This is now my NEW ATT store.

Went to this location with a problem of unwanted videos on my Facebook feed. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful with resolving that issue and other questions. I was quite impressed and pleased with his service.

I would highly recommend talking to Tyler and or Austin for any help with getting your service with At&t. They both went above and beyond to help me and I changed my service provider because of it.

I came in to the AT&T on Glenstone and Kearny looking to add an iPad to my service. I was greeted by Austin and he was very helpful and walked me through the process of adding another device effortlessly. Austin gave me a lot of great information about different devices and was able to get me up and running in no time. If you’re looking to upgrade, add a line, or just need some information before making a purchase, Austin is your guy!
