Hermann City Park

We literally took a "walk in the park" and enjoyed every second and the memory will last forever in our hearts and our phones and on our walls of our homes!!! Cheers to Hermann City Park and everyone who makes this gorgeous place a home away from home!!

Full hook ups at all sites. No reservations first come first serve. You pay $30 per night on the honor system. Beautiful big trees, pet friendly, bathroom, dumpsters. Walking distance to many attractions in Herman. They don't take reservations but you can put up a reservation for site on the posts at each site. Weekends are pretty much booked due to festivals. But during the week it's pretty open. Most sites are back in but there are also drive through. We stayed two days and loved it here.

Love that they keep it very clean, well cut. Traffic through is very respectful. Only warning I have to over-nighters, tent and RV is be sure to watch the weather before your trip, be PREPARED it DOES flood in times of high precipitation. I have seen emergency evacuations several times.

Hermann City Park is absolutely a fantastic place to go camping especially if you are in a tent or primitive camping of some sort. Everything is neat and clean and even like the playground for future times when we will bring the grandkids. This was our first experience up there and we were very pleased.

Has an RV park, playground,tennis court and Basketball court.Just outside of town.Picnic areas well placed,plenty of parking.Super clean.Restrooms open seasonally.Pet friendly.

Hermann has the best kept Park and equipment I've seen.

A fantastic basecamp to see all that Hermann has to offer. We were on the east side of the parking lot which backs to a basketball court and two playgrounds. The kids had a blast running wild and riding bikes and we could relax at the camper and see them the whole time. Would definitely recommend for families with small kids. Full hook ups worked perfectly and it was much easier to park and set up than I thought it might be. Just a 1 minute drive to downtown Hermann to park and walk to everything. Village Market is just 2 minutes away. Have lived in St. Louis area for 15 years and never heard about this campground, but now we plan to come back many many times!

Great place to camp! Level spots, full hookups, playgrounds, pool. Also plenty of paved surface for kids to ride bikes and scooters.

Full hookups in a great location and for a very reasonable price. We didn't spent much time at the park, but we enjoyed everything Hermann has to offer.

Great little campground, full hookup campsites, clean restrooms

Very clean restrooms, lots of space for RV campers with electric and water, couple pavilions and playgrounds. There is also the city pool right thrre.

Spent the night. Bath room was clean, 2 showers each. Campground was clean. Not much shade, 10 shaded sites. Not far from downtown.

Great place always busy during the summertime. Nicely kept. No visitors there they vary you may like son you may not like them that’s how it is. That’s the people not the place. The place is great. They have showers for both men and women to each. Swimming places near. Lots of fishing in the area.

Good camping spot off the Katy with showers. $15 and you can camp under the pavalllions. Plenty of resupply options nearby.

Ranked against other city RV parks this is 5 stars as long as the creek isn't flooding.

The full hook up sites are nicely spaced for a RV park, level, and with solid electric and water.

The electric and water only sites are not as nice. Basically a parking lot with hookups at the rear.

The unpaved gravel sites were mostly underwater when we were there.

Great place in town to camp not far from the wineries.

I really enjoyed this campground. Our site had great shade and was close to facilities. It was a different experience as it was conveniently located by multiple gas station, convenience stores, and places to eat. When you reserve spots, you definitely want to consult their site map - many spots don't have much, if any, shade.

Nice spacious park. Little Creek flows through it to occupy kids. There was some music playing at the hill when we were there. Plenty of shade.

Pretty park with nice amenities. We played baseball.
