I usually don’t leave reviews but after the service we received, I had to! My wife and I had been looking around for a vehicle and it seemed like everyone we spoke to just didn’t have the time and didn’t listen to our wants and needs until we came to Auto By Rent. From the moment we started talking to Armando he was attentive, he listened, and he cared above anything else. He was very honest and upfront about the process and any questions we had, he answered. He made us feel so comfortable and I felt that it was about more than the sale to him. He made the process so easy that I would buy a million more cars from him! I will ALWAYS recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle and cannot afford a large down payment up front. Brandon has been more than amazing! We could not ask for more amazing people to work with when looking for a reliable and durable car. This will be our second car with ABR and we could not be more stoked! We always tell all of our friends about them and encourage everyone to check them out! We cannot wait to pick up our second car next week!!

Had a wonderful experience at Auto by Rent with our sales guy, Armando! He listened to what we wanted, battled below freezing Temps and got us into a very nice luxury suv (including a powertrain warranty for the life of our lease) I'm Very happy with the service and would definitely buy again!

If you feel comfortable that you can make the payments. Use this company. There is no interest rate attached to the purchase. The only drawback is that a device is attached to the engine. Therefore, if you are five days past due on the weekly lease payment, the engine will not start. I also like that the company does not really want the car back. Therefore, the service personnel are willing to work with you on the payments. Another caveat is that there is no penalty for early buy-out.

I’m seriously so grateful for this company. I’ve had my car with them for a few months over a year now and from the jump they’ve been so helpful and honest. They inspect the car you pick out before they give it to you and the first one they inspected had serious issues and they let me know instead of just giving it to me, which I was amazed by, honestly. So I picked the car I have now out and I’m still in love with it. Recently the alternator went out which put a huge dent in my bank account and they’ve been SO helpful this entire time. I could not be more grateful to them for everything they’ve done for me and how intensely kind everyone at the Chestnut location is.
Side note, they also pay for your tags, which is the freaking best. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a car!

Very nice staff. Easy to get along with. My husband and I live in Joplin and we had to come up to give then our inspection paperwork. Drove an hour to give them the papers, thought we were going to have to drive back but they went ahead and got our renewal while we were still in town so we didn't have to make another trip! Would recommend them anytime! We have purchased two trucks from this company and absolutely love them!

I just purchased my second vehicle through Auto by Rent. Sean (GM) has been so incredibly helpful and flexible with finances each time. He bends over backwards to help. The vehicles aren’t perfect, but they are very reliable for being in a pinch. I will continue to use them for as long as I need.

From Start to finish Kirk was great. He broke down exactly how this works i.e. down payment and payment options and he really listened to me with what I was looking for.
He was also very understanding with the fact that I had no clue what I needed to do.
I am very pleased with this purchase and cannot wait to get into my car.
