I really liked the service and staff at Christian Brothers. Price was reasonable and they worked to get me in on my schedule. Everything was done as promised and the repair was just what I needed.

Absolutely amazing service! They were easy to talk to and were very upfront and honest about what was a need and what was recommended by manufacturer. They also helped me out when they learned I hadn’t budgeted as high as the estimate. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Good communication! Love the text messages, the link to make payment and the ability to pick up after hours. Ethan was very friendly and helpful. Got our car done same day which was unexpected. No surprises on the bill! They did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent experience!

I took my Ford Escape in for some regular service items (coolant flush, transmission flush, spark plugs, 100k + service items, etc) and they found a few other issues and included pics of them in the estimate. They are NOT pushy and understand money is often a major constraint of getting everything repaired. They give you the exact what/why/how much without the pressure. CBA uses the latest technology and kept me informed at every step of the repair process with pictures included. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Excellent care and service. Had some unexpected issues come up with my vehicle, and they immediately went above and beyond to take care of everything - over a holiday weekend. Will bring all my vehicles to these guys moving forward - 5 star service.

Grandson attends college in Springfield & his car needed immediate service. Told him to take it to Christian Bros & ask them to call us (out of Missouri). Spoke to manager who was professional & knowledgeable about make/model of car. Technician checked it out & I got a phone call to determine action needed to get it fixed. Super efficient & some of the nicest folks I've ever dealt with. Grandson will be taking his car to them for the next 4 years. Wish more businesses were as honest & had the customer service they got.

After a headache experience at Youngblood/Springfield Kia, Christian Brothers were extremely helpful, polite, and quick. You could tell they cared about their clientele deeply. For as long as I’m in Springfield, they’ll be my mechanic.

Everyone I spoke to from start to finish was professional, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were incredibly accommodating, kept me in the loop while my vehicle was being serviced, and always provided accurate timeframes for the work being done.

I worked with an awesome service provider “Mark” throughout my process. When a nail was discovered in one of my vehicles tires, Mark went above and beyond to help find a set of new tires to replace my older ones with. He contacted their tire vendors on 3 separate calls to track down the set of tires I had inquired about purchasing.

Whether your vehicle just needs a little routine maintenance or something fixed. I can’t recommend this amazing shop enough. They’re honest, upfront, and provide peace of mind that you and your vehicle will be taken care of without any surprises. They are the only shop that I’ll take my vehicle to.

2024.03.11 Got me in the next day, diagnosed my problem by 9AM, had it fixed by noon. Great service once again.
2022.02.17 This is the second time I've taken my vehicle here. I like the way they take the time to explain what they are doing, to help me understand the cost. This pleases me a great deal.
I'm also happy with the speed of ordering parts for my particular model of car. Zero complaints.

My late father’s truck was stolen while it was at another repair shop in town for an inspection. When the police finally recovered it, we knew we wanted to find a trustworthy and reliable shop that took pride in their repairs and protected their customers’ assets. We were recommended to Christian Brothers and I’m thankful that we were!

There were many repairs that needed to be done and replacement of parts that had been stolen. Kylor and his team at Christian Brothers went above and beyond. They not only took the time to thoroughly inspect and determine what was needed to get the truck up and running, but were consistently in contact with us and kept an open line of communication for me to ask questions as often as needed. On top of all of their awesome work getting it to drivable condition, they actually took the time and detailed/cleaned it up so that was one less problem we had to deal with.

We were blown away with their service and their work. We will be customers moving for forward!!

Probably the best auto shop to get routine work done. They are quick, kind, and do excellent quality work. No issues with this place.

They are nice, honest, and affordable. They texted me updates when fixing my car and were honest about factory recommendations vs what was necessary at the moment. I just recently had an alignment on my Subaru and they called me the next day to check if I was happy with the service or if I needed anything. My husband and I don't take our vehicles anywhere else.

Always finds a way to work me in when a crisis arrives ... while other shops will tell you it could be 2-3 weeks or longer til they can get to you. That alone makes Christian Brothers Automotive in Springfield a winner!

Christian Brothers seem to have their stuff together. They communicate well, they are up front about how much things will cost, they complete the work in a timely mannner, and they’ve done a good job every time I’ve taken my vehicles to them, from oil changes to regular maintenance to some more complicated issues. I recommend them!
