GoodVets Lee's Summit

GoodVets is definitely a bit more expensive than some other vets around the area, but they are worth it. Clean, quiet facility. Very nice workers. Understanding. My dogs love the people here. Plus they offer drinks to customers!

My boyfriend has gone here for awhile with two of our dogs, and I just recently brought our other dog here for the first time last week. Dr. McLeod was very friendly and informative. I loved my old vet and was sad that I couldn't go there anymore after moving away, but I think we will be very happy here at GoodVets. The whole staff was very friendly and took the time to explain everything well.

The staff was very attentive and took their time. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and I felt that my pet was in great care! The vet was not rushed at all. It was clear that her priority was tending to my animal and was not hurrying to get through the exam quickly. I also loved the frozen peanut butter for my pup during vaccinations! It was a small gesture to really showed the care and concern for a positive vet experience for my dog.

Dr. Jack and the staff are so good with our dog. He loves everyone there and I can tell they treat him and all of the pets with lots of love. The caring and the communication really makes a difference. They explain everything in detail. I think the value is also very good.

GoodVets is so patient and kind when it comes to our dog! She is a very hyper active little girl and isn’t the kindest to vets. However, the people at goodvets are so kind, patient, and loving. They give us an itemized list of costs and what they are going to do so there is never any hidden fees or “gotcha” moments! We are greatly appreciative for them! Highly recommend!

Always love going to them. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough, yet efficient. Clean comfortable and smells good! My dog never seems afraid and the staff is great! Would recommend to anyone.

I was so pleased with the care my dog received at her appointment. Nobody was rushing us out of there, the exam was thorough, and the recommendations by the vet made sense for the conditions that are afflicting my dog. I felt like they cared and they were very gentle with my very nervous baby. I appreciated the vet taking the time to explain things to me and thoroughly check my dog during her exam, I don't feel like anything was missed.

We love Dr. McLeod! She has taken great care of little Gladys and the whole staff has been fantastic. While gladys would rather be literally anywhere else, you can’t go wrong with good vets!

I've been here a few times and every time they have been awesome! They genuinely take their time, make sure all your concerns are addressed, and they don't try and push unnecessary services to hike up the bill. We had to say goodbye to our beloved boxer, Lady, here and the level of compassion they showed was truly touching. I'll never forget that. < 3

Excellent facility, service and care. Everyone is so friendly, and it is obvious Dr. Julie Bradford loves what she does. She is exceptional with our puppy, and he loves her to pieces. She's so patient, gentle, and caring! Truly personable and helpful. She answers all questions and strives to make visits as stress free as possible. It's my first puppy experience, and GoodVets has been wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Bradford, and will follow her wherever she goes! Excellent service!

Doctors and technicians are great, and all staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I'm very grateful that they took MY considerations into account, and they STILL went above and beyond for no charge! Fantastic crew here!!! The flexibility of services depending on client needs and the ability to prioritize the most important needs first!

We have been extremely pleased with every interaction we have had with Goodvets. We're very glad to have found a vet we love and trust. You guys truly care. You can tell you guys really care about the animals and the owners.

Hands down the best vet's office I have ever been to. Every member of the team that I have met or spoken to over the phone has been very helpful and professional. They take fantastic care of my 100lb Pittie x Bulldog mix, Mowgli. I always feel so welcomed there. I love that they stagger their appointments in a way that there's never multiple dogs hanging out in the lobby area. It reduces a ton of stress for both me and my dog. The lobby, bathroom, and exam rooms are very clean and neat. Dr. McCloud always takes the extra time to explain her recommendations to me and listens to any concerns that I might have. Most importantly- my dog loves the staff there and I feel like they love him, too. He has always been extremely fearful at the vet and I feel very emotional when I see him licking their faces and wagging his tail and just otherwise having a great time when he gets to go there- even when he's getting shots or having a surgery or getting staples removed. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful team providing care for my baby.

I can't say enough good things about good vets Prairie Village. I was so anxious when I arrived with my cat and the staff was so wonderful and put me at ease. Dr Boone listened to what I had to say and gave me so much information. Great communication and very caring team. Caring and great communication.

GoodVets are truly amazing. My 3lb puppy was in an accident and we rushed her to GoodVets. The staff rushed to her aid and not only provided her care, but genuine love. They kept us informed every step of the way and our sweet Coco pulled through. We couldn’t have done it without them!!! Thank you Good Vets!!!

I love GoodVets and the doctors here. Everyone loves Slugger and gives him so much love when we're there. We get amazing service every visit. And I love that they do a 3 day check up. Always coming back.

I have been taking my dog to this location since it opened. Dr. DeMarco and the entire staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I can tell they really care about the animals. They take the time to answer questions and do follow up calls to check on my dog anytime she has a procedure. The entire office is always clean and tidy. My dog gets groomings here as well. She is always treated like a princess and comes home looking beautiful. I highly recommend Good Vets.

Wonderful facility with sweet and caring staff! Grateful for them Being patient with my scared pup. The staff and Drs are so kind and gentle to my pup. They're very patient with scared ones. They take the time to explain the care they provide. The cost is very fair and manageable. I recommend them 100%.

We love this place to take our girl. They always are super nice and loving towards my pet and I. I really appreciate how they treat her when we are in for anything but also listen to what I have to say so they can understand her better. They are just amazing and I recommend 100%! Will never take our girl anywhere else.

We're already established with a different vet right now but we wanted to try out their daycare and playtime sessions. They were super great about answering questions the minute we walked through the door. I really appreciated how they let us in the back to show us the play area and the kennels. From the pictures they sent us it looks like he had an absolute blast, and he's currently tuckered out at home. Absolutely worth it, we will be coming back for more playtime, and possibly switching vets!
