Rally House Summit Woods

Love Rally House especially for KC Chiefs Royals, Sporting Kansas City, and KU attire. I guess they also have some K- State, and Mizzou stuff too. Various other Kansas City stuff! Very fun store!

Met at door by man asking if I needed help. I did and he took me to the Chiefs sale 4XL section and showed me what was available in that size. I also asked him about Bobby Witt and he took me there and showed what was available. Bought both items plus. Great service!

Stopped in quickly for Royals gear prior to a game. Young lady was very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at this Rally House. They had an amazing selection of Sporting KC gear where I was able to find something similar to what I was looking for. But the reason for leaving the review is for the customer service. There was a blonde associate in particular who made the checkout experience so seamless for me & my toddler. If you’re a parent, you know that the checkout experience is probably the most challenging when shopping with a toddler but she entertained her and talked to her (gave her attention) while I paid and had our item wrapped for a gift. She even wrapped it with such care and love by matching the wrapping paper perfectly to the bag. This girl needs a raise! She was awesome and made me want to shop there again.

I went to the store to return a shirt. I bought some other items, Since I couldn't try then on, I got home and one shirt was too small. I will have to return it next week. The salesclerk was very friendly and helpful. I will go to this store again. I like the merchandise and the staff.

One store associate almost seemed like she had no time to help me look for an item, so I asked another associate who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to find items I needed and a few more. Great store and selection.

I received a KC Chiefs vest as a gift. It was to large. The clerk assisted me in finding a smaller size and exchanged or for me. A very pleasant experience with a very friendly clerk.

Purchased in the store and on line both. Service was excellent and delivery was faster than expected. Five Stars for sure.

We needed to exchange a gift bought at a different Rally House for an item that was only in stock at the Lees Summit location. The process couldn’t have been easier! Scan, swap, out the door. We also appreciated that the item we wanted was held for us for two days, a nice extra service that was arranged with a phone call.

This location looks so much better, love how big it is. The team here is wonderful I had a lot of different faces ask me what I was shopping for and any special days coming up also had someone ask me if they could take my items and hold them up front so I could keep shopping . Great service and amazing coupons

I came in last Tuesday and had to return a chiefs jacket. The sales lady was wonderful and I was in and out in no time
