I have been going to Doctor Kate O'rourke for at least 15 years. Couldn't ask for a more professional doctor and staff. Wonderful.

Kept prescribing medicine I barely could afford for couple years telling me I'm too healthy to receive financial help then in end tried to add more prescription that I couldn't afford. Finally got help once I quit going here.

Dr visits take forever. Never answer the phone. But when they do answer they are rude to you. One of my visits they almost forgot I was there and were getting ready to close. Luckily I opened the door to ask if someone was coming in to see me. They acted like it was no big deal. That should have been my last visit. But it wasn't. The visits kept getting worse. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would give it less then 1 star, but it won't let me do that.

Hands down the worse practice I have ever been to. Both times I was there they forgot about me for over an hour. Then the nurse wrote me a prescription she didn't have the authority to write. You couldn't pay me to waste my time there!

Went twice to see the doctor and both times took well over 2 hours. Test for things you don't need tests for. I was simply upset and never will go back.
