Had a great call experience a week or two ago with a pleasant, helpful and attentive girl after all other places I tried were to no avail. I wish I could remember her name, seemed probably 20's-30's - give her a high five or more hours/raise, hope this description helps the right person get recognized. Either way, very helpful and put up with my several questions, going back to check more than once and without seeming like an inconvenience.

I love being able to order shoes online and have them delivered to the store. It gives me the freedom to shop whenever and for as long as I want.

So I just went on a boot shopping spree but having bigger calves I have to order online which causes a lot of purchases and returns and the staff here no me by name I've bought so many boots the last month and returned alot trying to find ones that fit. They are Extremely patient and helpful everyt time even though sometiems my orderes are shipped crazy by shophoria!!! Always a good experience. Finally signed up before going in today instead of using family members account and the cashier applied my new sign up discount since it hadnt hit my email yet. So i got my much needed shoes! Thank you as always!

Great place to shop! The employees here are helpful and friendly. I love finding knockout deals on shoes and especially on their accessories. The place is organized and clean which I appreciate. It makes me feel like I'm not shopping at a so-called warehouse.

Tremendous customer service. no other like it. Had a pair of shoes sent in the wrong size and they quickly replied and notified me of the next steps and what needs to be done in order to get the correct pair of shoes. Great customer service and shoes are pretty comfy too!

Good selection & clearance section. Went today with hubby to find him his 'annual sneakers'. Matthew a staff member was AWESOME! He helped us find the barcode for online coupon which saved us over $20. Recommend this store. But remember most of these shoes are produced with a human cost.

Excellent shoe selection at reasonable prices. Took a pair of shoes to donate - DSW will credit your account with 50 points - $5- for each donation, but only one donation per day. Good program, great store.

Workers are pleasant, the store is clean, and it’s easy to find parking.

There's a wide variety of different types of shoes. Way more for women than there are for men. Husband and I were able to find some good everyday walking shoes, and some nice dress shoes for me for a wedding. I appreciate they have a VIP rewards membership now, and that you can donate gently used shoes and get points for doing so.

I cannot say enough about the superb customer service at this DSW location. They go above and beyond to give you the best discounts and they are so so friendly. Their store manager is fantastic. Best DSW store around!!

Lees Summit DSW is my favorite place to shop for shoes! The workers are really helpful and will go out of there way to help you. Recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a place to shop for shoes.
