Great leadership, this store is always spotless and clean smelling, even during winter.

Plus she knows me by name and remembers life events (even when it’s been months since I’ve been in).

Lovely experience! We didn't find what we were looking for this time, but the staff was lovely, and suggested ways for us to order items in at a later date! Great selection of basics with a few colorful additions.

Best customer service I have ever received! Lori was amazing and helped me find several outfits for work. She took the time to listen to my needs and ran back and forth bringing me different sizes and styles. My boyfriend who was even with me commented on how amazing the customer service was when we left. I couldn't recommend this store enough and Lori made the entire experience amazing!

I haven’t been in this particular store although have Been in about 6 different locations and ordered online. I have returned a couple of items before and never had a problem. There is a difference between trying on and wearing. They don’t follow you because they think your stealing. They follow you to help and get a dressing room ready so you don’t have to carry around one single item while your looking. It’s called customer service. I always get great service.

I got a lot of great deals today! Connie and Rebecca were so helpful to find my perfect style, fit, and price.

Oh my....when they have clearance shoes, look out! I'm sorry I don't remember the lady's name who helped me, but I've got the most gorgeous shoes, and heels, and booties!

Giving 2 stars because the initial visit was fantastic. All the ladies were very helpful. Bought a suit jacket that fit fine on its own but with a long sleeve shirt and a proper bra, it was very snug so I decided to take it back, mind you I NEVER wore it, only tried it on with different shirts I had at home (which by the way is a perfectly normal thing people all over the world do)! The lady was very rude telling me it looked worn and she wouldn't return it. I don't understand how you can't take clothes back that still have tags on them and have absolutely not been worn! She argued with me for 10 minutes trying to show me how she thought it looked worn. I said screw this and took it to another store and returned it no issues, no attitude. I can't fathom a clothing store not letting you return clothes! Will never go there again. Lee's Summit sucks.

Terrible customer service! I bought 3 dresses online, tried them on, and brought them back to the store to exchange for different sizes. Not for a refund, not money back, just different sizes. The manager was completely unhelpful and condescending. She told me if the items had been worn they could not be returned or exchanged, even for different sizes. So how am I supposed to order online and know if they fit if I'm not allowed to try them on?? Ridiculous. I like their clothes but their customer service is bad enough that I will never shop here again. I recommend not wasting your time here.

absolutely judgemental. from the time I walked in was followed around as if I was going to steal something. not to mention that when I checked out I was asked for my name zip code and street address will never step foot into anotjer store
