Super helpful in picking out my Checkpoint. I rode it in the snow and it performed great. Very fun bike super stable in adverse conditions.

Everyone there makes you feel like you’re family. They fix your bikes even though you want to watch and ask a zillion questions!!
Several years ago I had problems w my wheelchair wheels. They didn’t hesitate: told me to bring it in. They fixed it to where it was better than ever.
Imagine my surprise when I brought my bike in and they remembered who I am. I still can’t walk that well but I can ride.
I will always remember their kindness. I will be loyal to them always

Staff were very knowledgeable about programs offered and very helpful in determining the correct bike size and the best accessories for a toddlers bike. I will most definitely be back for my son's first bike

I came here to get my bicycle serviced on a first-time basis. It was quickly serviced and returned to me in just a few days. The bicycle ran like brand new. I am happy with the service and I would come back for their services again.

I find that the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure that your bike is repaired and working perfectly for you before you leave with it. The prices are comparable to other bike shops I have been to.

Very pleased with the communication process in repairing my e-Bike. Variety of options presented with an eye to saving money as well as enhancing the biking experience.

To make a long story short, I started my bike buying experience here at this shop, as this is where I selected the bike I wanted, but, because the color I wanted was at another story, I had to go there to pick it.. So, shopped in one store, picked the bike at another! Life was good for several years of fun, trouble free riding, until the chain came off yesterday, while I was about two miles from my car. Had to walk it most of the way back to the car.. Before walking the bike all the way back to the car, I finally took another break, and was able to force the chain back on the bike.. Scratched up the bike a bit, but, can paint over the damage.. Back at the car, I rushed to the Trek shop, after 6 pm, where the manager got right on the issue with my bike. I thought it would be days, and lots of parts later, before my bike could be ridden again. But, a quick inspection indicated it was just a worn chain.. LUCKY ME... In short order, the manager checked over the bike, installed a new chain, made some adjustments to the bike, and I was gone, in short order.. Actually got home in time for another short test ride before putting the bike away.. All said and done, buying the bike was easy, riding it has been fun, and the first repair was almost a fun experience!!!!! Yes, I can recommend this shop... Has been good for me!!!!

From when I bought my X-Caliber 9 MTB at this store to now, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. My most recent visit resulted in my quest to find a part to fix the left crank shaft as it kept falling off (missing crank arm fixing nut). I called, spoke to the staff and they told me to come down because they were sure they had the part I needed. I got to the store and Jeff (I think) recalled talking to me, threw my bike on the rack and promptly installed the missing part. I spent less than 10 minutes in the shop and left knowing I can trust this bike store.

I purchased my new Trek Domane and absolutely loved the process. They were so helpful to make sure I had everything I needed for my new bicycle and set everything up in store for me. This will be my goto bike shop from here on out.

Amazing in all regards. World class bikes, knowledgeable and considerate staff, and wonderful service for bike owners. If you can afford to pay a little more for a superior product, it is worth it.

I came in for a specific saddle for my mom. One wasn't available on the shelf but she tried several on new bikes, and when she found one on a new bike, they removed the seat and sold us that one so we didn't have to wait. They also answered a hundred questions she had about the e-bikes. Outstanding knowledge.

Had them pack out a bike I was selling online. Price was reasonable and they had it done in just one day. Very nice people, and very nice shop as well!

Great store. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. From my conversations with two of their staff, you can tell they really love Trek bikes, they like educating others about Trek bikes, and they were very helpful to me as I am getting back into bikes after nearly 25 years. They also have tons of bikes and accessories in stock.

I have taken my bike to Trek three times over the past 3 years for the annual "once over". They do well.

I purchased my first Trek mountain bike here and I will keep coming back because of the awesome customer service. I really appreciated all the help that the staff gave in answering my newbie questions without me feeling like I was bothering them. They did a great job all around with suggestions and help overall with my other bikes too. This is my go-to bike shop from now on. The customer service and quality of the bikes are top notch.

Tim (Jim? sorry bad with names) was very professional and competent. I had an Electra ebike that just wasn't running right and he was able to diagnose and solve the issue in a timely fashion. It's a bit far from where I live but if I ever have issues with the electrical system on my ebike this will be my go to shop

Service was awesome. Should have taken a "before" photo cuz' the "after" was unbelievable. It was like getting a brand new bike! Austin was great. He took a lot of time walking me through how to change a tire, his recommendations for accessories, etc. Would 100% recommend.

I totally recommend this place. Everyone I've ever worked with here has been helpful. For certain purchases, they usually will recommending adjustments on your bike before they sell you anything, which is awesome. Very friendly and very knowledgeable employees.

These guys are fantastic. Had a bike built for me out of the box with one day’s notice. Their passion and excitement for finding the perfect bike for customers is infectious. I could hardly wait to get mine home. They answered my abundance of questions and gave me suggestions for gear that would make my experience that much more enjoyable. Can’t wait to make my next purchase.
