Best Buy

I just did a quick run in trying to find a small sized dishwasher.
They didn't have what I was looking for.
BUT that's not to say I didn't enjoy the shopping.
I always enjoy shopping around Best Buy.
BUT only when they have sales and/ or deals/ CLEARANCES.
Otherwise I can't afford them.😉

They are great with recycling and one of the few, if not the only business that is in the area. Their prices are very competitive and the people always seem friendly. I don't have any experiences with the Geek Squad though, as I'm kind of a geek myself.

Was looking for a TV and had a few in mind. When I walked in I was quickly greeted by someone knowledgeable about TV's and was able to help me make my final decision. Then following the sale we're able to help me get the TV loaded up. Great service

Very helpful. Needed to make a return for a Ring Doorbell Plus bought on-line on cyber Monday. I got the wrong one, so I had to exchange it. No problem

I would like to recognize Best Buy employee Issac at the Independence location. Issac went above and beyond assisting me with my replacement cell phone screensaver. Issac was very knowledgeable and knew his job very well. I actually dreaded going back to this store because of the past customer service issues I have had. Even though I lived close by I would go to a Best Buy in another city just to avoid the Independence location. I will now have no problems coming back to this store thanks to Issac. Keep up the good work!

Every time we have come to this best buy we always receive great customer service. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist with questions or finding what we are looking for. We were able to trade in gaming consoles here and got a good amount for store credit. The trade in process was quick and easy. I believe you can only get store credit when you trade in. I was able to get an espresso machine even though it was not at this location we were assisted with ordering for home delivery the next business day (free shipping).

Great people here! Very knowledgeable and friendly and always helpful. They will go out of their way to help you get whatever you need. Best of all is price matching. I just pull up the ad on my phone, they confirm it and I get the lower price. Also the prices in the store are the same as online so no worrying about getting a higher price. I love shopping online and picking up in the store. It’s so fast and easy and there generally isn’t much of a line. They are also super good about returns. I like the email receipts so it’s even easier and I don’t lose it. If you’re a reward member they can even look it up online. Oh and no more going to the cell phone store, best prices, best service and they are so much faster!!!

I always enjoy going to Best Buy. I love chatting with employees about video games. The service is always great.

Anytime I come here, I have always found an associate ready to help. I bought my TV here during a Cyber Monday sales event. One of the associates wasn't quite so privy on where all the sales event items were at. Luckily another associate overheard our conversation and directed me right to what I was looking for. Great price. Great product. Good service. I have no complaints.

Got the latest MacBook Air $100 cheaper because Best Buy matched Amazon’s price! If I hadn’t looked it up myself on my phone they would not have done so—so keep this in mind. 🧐 I also got the LG OLED (2018 model) television from them years ago and the picture still looks as good as the new OLED.

It was a great experience, we bought a laptop in other store and just pick it up in Independence store, fast and good

Staff helped us find the perfect laptop! We chose an open box one that had been a display, and when we got home we noticed it had some barcodes burned into the screen. We took it back and they helped pick out a brand new one at no extra charge. Very friendly staff!

Monday, July 30, 2023 I was in Best Buy in Independence, MO to purchase a laptop and printer. Jaden came up and asked if I needed any help and I told him I needed an extremely user friendly laptop and printer.....user friendly enough that all I had to do was plug them both in. Jaden hooked me up with an HP Envy x360 Laptop and an HP Smart Tank 5101. To say that I am pleased, well....there are not enough words to tell you how much I love both products. Jaden was an amazing help to me and I would recommend him and your store to anyone that asks. Thank you all for your service and help.
