This is a great store. They have dress shoes as well as shoes for sports and sporty looking styles. They have a large selection of up to date shoes. The staff is friendly. The store is well stocked with lots of sales.
They let you spin the wheel for discounts.
The parking lot and area are safe.

Great customer service, every sales associate was pleasant and helpful. Great deals on some very popular brands of shoes. It had been a while since I have been there but I will definitely start visiting more often!

Nestor was literally the best!! He was very friendly, kind and assisted me with all might needs, as well as the man (taller with beard) that was by the front door. They made my experience great and I’m super thankful. Thanks guys!!

Was in a hurry for my sons concert and he needed a black shoes, the sales associate led me to the ones that were available in his size..we were in and out within 5 minutes..will return for my next pair of shoes just for the customer service..huge selection of shoes for anyone in your family.

I bought my past several pairs of shoes for my family and I from here. There is a massive selection (even my husband found shoes he loves and he hasn't bought new shoes in YEARS because "nothing ever fits right AND looks good").

Usually there's a sale on something; if not, the prices are still pretty reasonable.

The layout is pretty intuitive so it's pretty easy to find whatever you need. Definitely check out the clearance section! I got a great deal on some very comfortable Sketches.

I was impressed! After visiting several shoe stores looking for steel toe work shoes, not boots I was about to give up. I couldn't believe the wide selections they have in stock! Real leather, name-brand steel toes for 130 bucks! Can't beat that price anywhere in town! They even had steal toe tennis shoes! Next time I need shoes, I'm coming here first! Staff was very helpful, and courteous! Several cashiers on hand too! I highly recommend!

I love shoe carnival... I have a ton of shoes I've never even wore, but I always go here and get more for the event in which I do need more shoes. Great staff, always helpful and you can get some really good deals here at least once or twice a month.

There is a woman who works here, her name escapes me -- I'll save the description out of respect to her, but she to goes above and beyond to help. Gives coupon promo codes if I don't have them or am unaware of a deal.

Went in to buy shoes for my husband. He will only wear a specific Nike and they are hard to find. Especially in his size in an extra wide width. Not only did they have his particular style, they had his size. 2 of them. And it just happened that they were having a buy one, get one for half off sale. I bought both of them for less than $100. They sales people and manager on duty were very friendly and helpful. The manager gave me a tip on another brand of shoe that were basically identical to the shoe my husband likes just in case I have trouble finding that particular style in the future. I will definitely go back. I work in the food and service industry and customer service means more to me than price. I will spend a little more to get quality service. Today I got great service and saved a lot of money.

Good prices, always something on clearance and opportunities to get more discounts.

Don't know about others, but I like this place allot. Got me some Wolverine boots on sale.

We are currently getting ready for a wedding and a lot of the ladies needed clear shoes and we're having a hard time finding them we found some very cute ones at a very reasonable price they didn't have the size one of the ladies needed so they ordered them and shipped them to her home also while in the store the man was offering and giving away coupons to use the same day their customer service is awesome with a friendly atmosphere

I went in tonight and was unsatisfied at a policy for online in store pick up. (Completely not staffs fault) I was super upset because it literally caused my coupon to void the way it was written with fees. The manager took care of me after he took a minute to understand my frustration. He did exactly what he should of done. I’m in upper management for multi-unit retail and he got a passing grade for his customer service and compassion and he deserves to be recognized. I’m in tough times right now and could really use the coupon and you helped me. Thanks again and as always I’ll continue to come to your store.

I went in here to buy some nice dress type shoes. I somehow missed the 100+ signs telling me about the buy 1 pair get one for 50% off. One of the managers informed me of this deal and was very nice and professional in doing so (something I notice as I am in management myself). I left with 2 pairs of nice, name brand shoes for less than $100. Cant beat it.

They helped me so much, I would love to do business with them again. I bought a pair of sandals that broke within a week. I had already lost the receipt, but the manager was very polite/patient and still able to fix the situation. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful as well.

I had a pair of shoes that were past the 60 day return limit. I had tried writing corporate with.my problem, but they sent me back to the store!! Mike (because he was smart) went ahead and issued me 80$ worth of store credit anyway!

Very friendly and helpful. The saleswoman was knowledgeable about the different brands of shoes I was looking at. Which helped me make my decision on what to look for. Lots of styles to choose from too. Very organized store near Independence Center Mall. I'll be sure to go back when I need more shoes.

Dennis is AMAZING!! I called in to see if the store had these "exclusive" colored crocs and he looked for them for me. I have been calling around to different stores all day and either they didn't answer or didn't want to look.It only took Dennis a few minutes and the store did have them in the size I needed! Customer for life because they go the extra mile! Thanks Dennis!
