Kohl's

I love this Kohl's. It is the nicest one I've seen. I was very impressed with the fitting room monitors. Roxanna takes ownership of the Women's department which I know is not always easy. Kudos to all the store associates at this Independence location. The store looked great right after Christmas!

I love to shop at Kohl's! I always find what I am looking for and the staff is always there to assist if necessary. The store is neat and clean. Checking out is easy and helpful.

I went into Kohl's today to return an Amazon purchase. The individual was helpful but not very engaging. The young man seemed kind of put out. Sad. I know how things are during the holidays in this industry but you can at least be engaging and be happy that you have a job.

Not happy at all the 50% sign was above the clothes and I was told it didn’t apply to chiefs clearance clothing very misleading.

UPDATE:

Went to Kohls yesterday 2/5/24 bc I received an email from Mathew one of the managers there to bring the receipt back and that I would get the 50 % off they were able to return the merchandise and re-purchased for 50% off I showed the cashier the email thank you to Mathew for the email and allowing me to get the discount when the sign was already there to get the 50%.

Looking for a great selection of bed pillows? The Kohl's by Independence Center is the place to go! Great inventory and super helpful and friendly sales associate. We took our time and were never rushed. Found just what we wanted!

Got them ugh... For the discount price I love it... Unfortunately they do not really have a good stock order online would have more but it worked in my favor this day...

The cashier Juanita was friendly, curious and helpful. She assured me that I was getting discounts through my email that I received! Store was neat and clean!

This is where I always take my Amazon returns and they are always so fast and efficient and polite!!!!

Haven't been to Kohls for awhile. Still a great store. Needed something nice to wear to a wedding. Found everything including shoes. Prices were very reasonable and good quality clothing.
