She is professional in the work she does, very informational about the policies I was looking for. I would recommend Becky. “Flo” has nothing on Mrs. Sinclair. She is the best agent you could ever ask for. Thank you Becky.

I have to say she Becky went above and beyond to help me out when even MetLife couldn't help. She truly is a Blessing and I give her my highest recommendation.

Absolute WORST insurance ever. I got Hospital Indemnity through my job thinking I would probably want it for if I had another baby. Ended up having a baby 19 months after my first. so came in handy, but I started a new job before babe was born so then I took over coverages. In 5 months, I was never billed for the right amount. I was billed for 6 months, then 4, then 10, then 6 again. they have 3 months pay periods and at all of those points I had only been with them for 3 months. I talked with several people all the time about my bill. Then hoping the claims process would be better, it wasn't. A guy from Met Life told me how much money I would get back and I was shorted $150 unless I want to show more proof on top of the 2 documents I sent in. No one told me I had to submit a separate claim for my baby to receive the nursery payment. Fast forward to over 9 hours of talk time from July to December. I sent in a check, they "lost it" but you can't pay online. so I did a money order and asked them to cancel the check if they find it. They found it 2 days after the Money order went in. Then cashed BOTH payments. I asked for a refund and they couldn't find the payments. Then all of a sudden they did but now they are reaching out saying I never paid anything and so my coverage "ended" a month before I had the baby. If I want to make sure I am in good standing I have to submit another payment. This is RIDICULOUS. Oh and on top of that I have cancelled the policy 4 times since October and it still wasn't cancelled.

If I could give this agency a ZERO star review I would.
My grandfather was contacted by this agency as a cold call to get a quote. Being that he is 84 he didn't realize what was going on. He does not even have a license but yet this agency started a policy on him for both home and auto and sent him documents to sign. Once he received the documents he called several times in hopes to get ahold of them to find out why he needs to sign when he did NOT start a policy. He has NOT been able to reach anyone so he reached out to his insurance agency to find out why and after some investigation they listed him as an operator and started a policy for him and my grandmother. In other reviews it looks as though this agency preys on elderly people. My grandfather has yet to be able to get ahold of anyone to cancel policies he never authorized starting. RUN AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY

I set up a new home and auto policy the day before and never received my email containing proof of insurance for auto. I was having a hard time finding the correct 1-800 number to get ahold of the agent who helped me. I have his direct extention just couldnt figure out what number was his. Found out that there is a local agency so I called them. Apparently the lady that works there was very bothered, almost slighted in some way, by me calling her for assistance. She actually had the nerve to tell me the only way to help me was to cancel both new policies and redo with her as the agent (so she gets the credit.) She also tried telling me that all the 1-800 numbers do not accept phone calls they are just sales. Totally not true! She asked me my name and I told her that it really doesnt matter since she refuses to help with a simple phone number and hung up. She was rude, pushy and was only interested in promoting her agenda. I would give her/this agency no stars if I could.
