Teresa is wonderful to work with! We ordered a table cover for events with our business logo on it. It was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. She managed to create just what we were looking for without even meeting with us in person. Teresa also found a product we could order that was at a lower price than the product we inquired about, but the same beautiful quality! From the first conversation with her, to the design process, to placing the order, we had the product in our hands in under two weeks!

I could not be happier with what this business has done for my business! Todd took his time talking to me and perfected my business logo. My new logo and shirts look amazing and have boosted my confidence when going in to bid a job or handing out business cards. Fully Promoted of Blue Springs really knows promotional products and has top quality. As soon as I walked in I could see the difference in there work - particularly on the embroidered and screen printing shirt side. The printing of the tshirts was amazing and looks like it will survive many washes. They service business clients of all sizes.

Teresa at Fully Promoted is wonderful to work with, and I received beautiful coffee mugs with my logo on them in a timely manner, and at a better price than I expected. There are lots of promotional product companies out there and after a while, they can all look the same... Until you meet Teresa and the folks at fully promoted! They'll not only replicate your brand on virtually anything, they do it on time, go the extra mile, and help you get the best looking products! I contacted Todd and Teresa with some last minute promotional orders on gear for my customers . They turned both orders around super fast , a pleasure to deal with & it all came out great . We did Tumblers , Jackets & hats and they went so fast I had to order some more .

Excellent Service and Communication! Worked together to get all my employees long sleeved hoodies exactly like we wanted! Embroidery on my special sweatshirts turned out FANTASTIC! Will be using them for all my promotional items for sure!

They advertise being open 9-5. I arrived early (8:50) to make sure I could be seen right away if first come first serve basis. Hung out until almost 10 after & went to the next promotional store on the list.

Todd was very enthusiastic about getting product ordered and charging me for products, but won't answer phone at the business, not responding to messages sent via voicemail or by email. Will look elsewhere for promotional products. It's been over 4 weeks and still have no idea if I'll ever see the product. You're far better off with an online store than this place.

I placed a order with them for a shirt for my husband for Father's Day. I told Todd that I needed the order before Father's Day Todd said no problem well here we are on Friday before Father's Day and they have nothing ready for me. I have called everyday this week and he keeps giving me excuse after excuse. My thing is he told me he had to wait to place a bulk order and he didn't place it until late last week. He said the back part would only take 3 days but he has never confirmed that he even has that still no shirt and it still has to be embroidered on the front. Father's Day is Sunday and they aren't open on the weekends so I will not have my main gift for my husband to go with his other gift that goes with it. This has absolutely ruined my experience with them after hearing so many good things and it's ruined the whole day for me. I guess over the last few months their customer service skills must have went down considering the other review made just a couple months ago with a very similar experience and complaint.

Don't be fooled by the 5 Star Reviews. I would NOT use this company, particularly if you have any kind of a deadline. They are only a middleman Franchisee and they actually ordered our product from Hit Promotional Products out of Florida, which also has a poor rating. As per invoice picture it says "Customer Ship Date" March 25th, 2022. Per other UPS Tracking picture, product wasn't shipped out of Florida until March 30, 2022, making it extremely late for our event. We had to continually call to find out where our order was and only got excuse after excuse. When asked for the tracking numbers so we could keep track ourselves, we were given incorrect tracking numbers. Very horrible experience with this company and will not ever use again.
