I am from Chicago and there was not a difficulty of transferring my prescriptions. It was readily completed. I have been in Blue Springs for a year and have not had a problem since I have been serviced by this Walgreens. I am always notified of my refill dates and the time the refill can be picked up.

I went here yesterday to get the latest updated booster for COVID and the gentlemen administering the vaccines was so kind and caring. Very good bedside table manners. He put my anxiety and worries at ease. :)

I use the pharmacy at this location and have done so for many years. I was having an issue with my Dr's office getting back into contact with the pharmacy and have been calling back and forth to the dr and the pharmacy trying to figure it out. The manager named Ashley in the pharmacy today took the time to explain what the problem was, how it could be fixed and offered to help me resolve the issue I was having. All of a sudden, with the help of this one person my struggle of almost 5 days was resolved. I am thankful for her kindness, patience and the time she took to help me today. She was so kind and did not sound frustrated in any way, even though I know there were other calls coming in while she was taking care of me. A great manager makes a great difference, no matter where it is. Thanks again to Ashley!!

My review is for the pharmacy only.
The pharmacists and assistants have been such a big help, I've found a home pharmacy. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and informative. I don't have insurance and they actively helped me save on many needed prescriptions.
