Hy-Vee Pharmacy

After taking my daughter to urgent care late in the evening (2 hours before all pharmacies closed) we found out she had an ear infection. Had the antibiotics prescription originally sent to CVS on south 7 only to find out when I got there that they didn’t have any in stock. They informed me that Hyvee had some so I raced over here and arrive with only 20 minutes left before closing. They said they did have some but would have to get the RX transferred which could take up to 24 hours. Long story short they were able to get in transferred and the RX filled with 5 minutes to spare. Shout out to Averi and the crew for going above and beyond so we could get my daughter started on her medication. I’ll be doing business with you all in the future. Thank you!!

Clean well taken care of store. The Bartender named Jake at the Walburgers inside was top notch. Y’all tip him hard.

I always go through the drive through and have had some amazing experiences! There is one lady who absolutely loves her job and is so caring and sweet as if my kids and I were her own! They all are always so patient and kind!

Being a cash pay I've found they are much cheaper than Walmart, CVS, Walgreens

Once again, I get in line and it is a line. Not once or twice, but every time I come to pick up a prescription it takes 30 minutes (or more) to get through the line. It does not appear to be an issue that HyVee cares to address.

Never had a problem until this week. Lack of empathy.

They do everything in their power to get as much money as they can from you, without regard for costumer service or loyalty. Totally unwilling to be flexible or accommodating to the customer, no matter how long you've been loyal to them. If you're looking to watch over your shoulder and be fleeced out of as much $ as possible, this racket pharmacy is for you! One star, because zero wasn't an option! 🙄

I have nothing good to say. I've been trying to do business with this place for years, and became apparent that neither the pharmacy or the store want my family's business. I was told of a change in the law on one of my prescriptions. I did some research and yes there's a change, but it clearly was pertaining to over the counter sales NOT prescriptions. I spoke was Andy the hyvee store manager who said he would check into the problem and get back to me. And that being said, I've not heard a word . So I'm giving this place a 1 star, which is 1 star more than deserved. I'm taking my $600./$700. A month elsewhere.

Takes forever to get rx then they charge more than the insurance allows.
The pickup line inside has 3 signs yet only use one, take down the extra signage.
I'm going back to Price Chopper never had this issue and meds are usually ready same day. Price chopper communication is better!

Horrible experiences every time. Staff know nothing about medicines, give wrong info, fail to fill prescriptions on time. Pills are often "out of stock" but can be suddenly filled if you are persistent. This place is horrible. I wish I never had to go here again but the prescriptions I need are a lot cheaper here.

Absolutely horrible experience. I came here because good RX offered the best price. However, they will not match the good RX price. They told me there's nothing they could do about it. I will be changing pharmacies because I only suffer through their long lines and extended wait periods to save money. My time is a worth a lot more than the wait and the lack of customer service at this location.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in blue springs. Every time I try the drive through you wait 20 minutes per car. Hyvee probably sells gas so they can get you again after you run out in the drive through.

Received a text our prescription was ready. Went to pick up and waited the USUAL 30 MINUTES in line only to find out the text was sent in error. Wait times are too long. We are in the process of moving to a new pharmacy.

It is ALWAYS something when you come to this pharmacy. Always waiting forever, poor customer service, and the drive-thru is always messed up.
Today a cone was blocking the drive-thru and nobody would answer the phone. Finally someone answered and she was so rude, she put me on hold again and eventually hung up on me while I was waiting on hold. Thirty minutes later and I still haven’t been helped.

Had a defective Victoza pen. They would not help and it was my last one. Gave me a phone number to call myself. NEVER will I use this pharmacy again. Talk about no care! I would not recommend them.
