I cannot say enough good things about the Schicker Ford Service Department. The people scheduled appointments are so polite and worked well around my schedule. Ron was my service manager, and he kept me informed, set expectations very well with me and answered my questions thoroughly. They are the only place I will take my car from now on. Highly recommend!

Ado... the great man that has sold me now 5 cars.. any time you need him. He answers. If he's awake.. lol. Even the "dumb" question the average man should know. And if he doesn't know the answer. He looks it up or asks someone who knows..
I honestly think at times he goes way beyond his need to help. Ado. I recommend him to anyone who is honestly looking to buy a vehicle.
Jeff from finance is another great guy.
Keep him, happy boss.. he leaves.. I'll follow to buy any future cars.

Got my air conditioner fixed through schicker and they got me in and out quick. They replaced the compressor and some other air conditioner parts as well. They quoted me 6 hours labor and that's almost exactly what it took dropped it off and the next day got my truck with ice cold AC. So excited I don't have to sweat it out this summer in my truck thanks guys. I highly recommend the service department and will definitely have them do any future work on my truck.

Car was overheating. They asked some questions and seemed to know right away the problem. They contacted me when they knew what it was going to take to fix and even found a coupon for the added oil change I requested. Fast, professional, and fantastic to work with

Just bought a Ranger from the used lot and Terrance was an awesome sales person. Brian and the finance guy were great too. No pressure, addressed my concerns quickly, and got me in the best truck!

The driver’s side door handle wasn’t working. Also,Tire pressure default warning light was came on. Everything was fixed while I waited. Everyone was knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.
