Donald ROCKED IT!! First off he gave me a 60 min eta and arrived in 40!!! That's unheard of for road repair. Usually 3-4 hours after a 90 min eta at other places. So for that I thank you.

I drive a car hauler and blew a hydraulic line. The line ran through my frame rails (not an easy fix by any means) Donald arrived and got right to work finding the spot that it blew and although it put up one heII of a fight, Donald kicked it's A$$ and got me up and going. Great tech, great service. Highly recommend

KMR is a great company and the do roadside welding! Arrived just as they said they would. Ron was extremely professional. He understands the urgency for us truck drivers. He got the repairs done quickly and even took time to have a chat. Best mobile repair company in the Kansas City metro area.

Hello there! Got an issue with the truck…I thought the wait time was going to be long but this guy(Gabe) came in clutch within less than an hour. Pretty knowledgeable in truck and whatever is wrong with them. Got me back on track ASAP. I highly recommend him.

They came from a hour away from Kansas City, MO great service Ron and Gabe, SAVY techs complete work in a reasonable time, company price fairly all around recommend it.

After having another road service come out and work on my truck on the side of I70 literally all day with no success, Bubba came out and got my truck to fire in about 30 mins. Very quick, very thorough, very professional and helpful. Will definitely be storing the number in contacts in case of emergencies.

This is in regards to their Roadside repair business. They came out to look at a brake that was dragging. Tech was there for about 35 min diagnosing. The dispatch for this company advised the tech that he couldn't complete the job on road side and didn't have the parts to do the job. We were billed for 1.5 hours for diagnosing the problem. 1.5 hours of travel and a service call fee. Also, no parts were used and it was strictly visual diagnostic. They still charged their standard $37.60 in shop supplies. The manager on the phone told me I got a deal because she would have billed it out differently which would've charged me more. Our total bill was $530.00 for them to tell us we had a brake dragging which we already knew and told them was the issue when we made the service call. Will not be calling this company back for work and don't recommend. The only thing good about this situation was that the tech was nice and tried to help out but he was being told what he could and couldn't do by his dispatch. Which is fine but don't bill your customers for work that wasn't completed or shop supplies that wasn't used.

Worst professionalism by a company that I have seen in my 37 years in transportation. In the beginning we called to have a twist lock on an intermodal chassis installed. They were told what needed to be replaced yet charged us $165 to go out to the chassis, $292.50 to look at the chassis, and then $165 to drive back. The invoice, that we now have, reflects in the comments "Parts not available at time of service" yet they knew what the part was. Called to let us know what the charge ($567.69) was so we paid. Not once did they explain they did absolutely nothing to the chassis and assumed it was repaired. Dispatched a driver to use this chassis and when he arrived called to tell us nothing was done. Now here comes the extreme unprofessional part... We called to request the invoice be adjusted since they did nothing. These people have no clue who they work for. They don't know who runs the place when asked and no clue who owns it. I was talked over when trying to explain and then they hang up on you. We have attempted to get in touch and now they refuse our calls completely. I would hope that your real reviews are looked at prior to KMR getting another dollar of revenue from good people that are just trying to make a living. I would doubt that this entire service call took more than an hour of their time to complete yet they feel comfortable charging nearly $600......

Should have read the reviews for this outfit before having them work on our truck. $905.60 to change 4 belts on a 2004 Peterbilt. There after hours rate starts at 4 PM plus service charges, shop supplies and by the hour for their service guy to shop at 3 different parts houses.

I had some welding done to my truck and it cost 9000.00 to have it done they didn't get it right the ubolt were lose and then i call them yes they came back out and titen them up so I left and got my truck loaded and got to Utah and got unloaded and reloaded for Louisiana got there and unloaded and reloaded for Iowa the drvi line between the driver's came out and I have to have it tow into a shop and now kmr done not want to back there work I will never send me truck or anyone to that place I hope they get to filling bad about this

Had my camper there several months and when I got it out of storage I had expensive batteries missing. Was told there was absolutely nothing they could do and wasn’t given any options to make it right. I would not suggest store your camper here.
