Casey's

This Casey's is one of the best ones in my area. They definitely put time into making all the food they make. Everyone is always super nice and friendly! If they are super busy they always apologize for the wait and do their best to get the food done as fast as they can

Happy and helpful crew working here. Store is nice and clean. Love the managers, always a hoot to talk to.

Wonderful attitudes from the kitchen staff even though they were so busy. Very clean!!!

It is a gas station/convience store. Had exactly what I expected, and alcohol too

This place is so inconsistent with breakfast offerings. All I want is biscuits and gravy every morning when I don't have time to do it at home. I sure wish we would have gotten a quick trip instead of this poorly ran store. They're also always either out of creamer of some utensils. 99% of the time the people working there aren't friendly and don't say thank you or talk at all. Their coffee is pretty good but you got to bring your own mug because their cups make the coffee taste like cardboard.

Casey's in general has gone down hill a LOT in the last couple of years, but this particular Casey's sets a new standard for "pointless real estate".

I wanted to make it my regular morning stop on my way to work, but out of more than a dozens trips to this store... Not ONCE have I left in a good mood.

Don’t think they were ever trained. Hopefully with time it will become better

Monday morning, 8am: no pizza and no donuts..Now it’s Friday afternoon, 3pm and again no pizza. Casey’s, known to not have pizza

The WORST customer service for any gas station I've been to. 9/10 times the workers behind the counter seem put out to be ringing up your items, and they're not afraid to let you know. They huff and puff and sigh and are sometimes outright rude.
It's a great location for a gas station, but they need all new people.
Also, don't order food from this location because it is NEVER ready when they say it will be. It's always an extra 40-60 minute wait.

Been to this Casey's twice, to use bathroom. Both times had no toilet paper in bathroom. This was fairly early in the morning and you would think that that is one of the first things they would do when opening to have toilets cleaned and supplied.

Every morning on my way to work I stop thinking things will change. No breakfast pizza or anything else warm. Most of the time there is also no donuts. One of of five days is your avg chance of getting breakfast. Next let's talk about online ordered pizza , Ha ha ha.! What a joke! Pizza is NEVER ready when I come to pick it up! I even order my pizza knowing that it won't be ready and give them time by showing up to get it 15 minutes late each time and it still hasn't been made!. Order a pepperoni and never do they put more than one piece on each irregular cut slices. Order extra toppings and don't get that either! Check your pizza before you leave and make sure they didn't give you a pizza with bubbled up dough in the middle and what little toppings run off to the sides! Last six pizzas I have ordered have been lousy! It's pizza! Even if you've never made pizza before, surely you've eaten one! How dumb do you need to be to not know how to make one! I'm done with this location, I won't even try again. I won't even buy gas or anything else from this location ever again. What they are doing is stealing from me with their employees never giving me what I pay for! It's theft plain and simple! Yes I could go on and on but I won't because I feel like an idiot for giving them so many chances. This store will be out of business soon if they can't hire people that know how to do their job. Makes me wonder if it's the employees they hired or is it more like a corporate issue with unintelligent management to blame.? My guess is the latter. They are the ones responsible and for months now don't nothing about it. Just one more thing, one person working the counter in the morning with right customers in all experiencing looks of irritation that it's taking so l long while what I'm guessing is a mortgage sitting in her little office with the door half closed is also a daily routine.

Love Casey’s but the lone jack location has gone down hill since it opened. I’ve stopped by for weeks and they have 0 options for breakfast. I stop by the blue springs locations and every option is there at the same time, several reviews are saying the same thing. Please get more staff to help the kitchen.

I have gone in 4 times in the last 2 weeks, all between 5:30 and 6 pm and they have NEVER had pizza! Not “out” not “making more” just nothing. When you ask they get snippy and say “they’ve been busy.” Busy doing what? They always seem to have multiple employees just standing around doing nothing! Casey’s has that slogan of Famous for Pizza, but they never have any pizza to buy. It’s rediculous that they let the location operate this way.

HORRIBLY poor customer service!
Smart-a&$ older charge / shift lady. 3 times I have gone inside for things. Each time met with POOR customer service.
This is no QT! Each time the had no pizza. At like 5:15pm and noon.
Do not waste your stop here. Lee’s Summit is only s few more minutes west.
