Brandon was sent to me by my home warranty after a very bad experience with another local business they paired me with. Night and day difference! Brandon came out the very next day on time and was friendly and professional. Would definitely hire him for jobs outside my warranty as well. Thank you!

My home warranty company contracted with Show-Me Services and Brandon showed up when he said he would and communicated when he was on his way. We discussed what the possible issues were and within 10 minutes he had my AC back up and running. He offered me some tips on how to extend the life of my unit and have it work more efficiently. I am satisfied.

We just moved into our home in late February and were concerned if the air conditioning was going to work properly for Summer. Brandon did a check on the cooling/heating system and cleaned up the units inside and out. As it turned out we did not need any repairs. We would call Show Me Services again when needed.

Our furnace needed to be replace and we had a home warranty. The home warranty company was very difficult to work with. They were courteous when I called them but they never followed-up with their promises. After weeks of calling they finally responded and the work got done. Show-Me-Services did the work and they were great. Heather helped me deal with the home warranty company. She was very patient and helpful. Show-Me-Services did the install very quickly after the work was finally approved. Highly recommend Heather and Show-Me-Services.

Brandon and Tim were a great help! Our home warranty company was horrible and wouldn't communicate with show-me, but Heather had our back and was quick to call the warranty company multiple times to get the ball rolling or get additional information. Highly recommend this company. Heather actually cares about the customer. Brandon is timely and efficient at plumbing work. He quickly repaired our water heater after another company unnecessarily said it needed to be replaced. They are both our heroes after spending 4 days with no hot water due to the Home Warranty company not doing their job properly and giving us the run around. I am truly grateful for these two especially this week of Christmas and will use only them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Heather and Brandon (and their team) are truly amazing. They went out of their way, on more than one occasion, to help get my AC unit fixed and in time for my upcoming surgery. They helped me with my home warranty company who kept giving me the run around. Tim was great. He arrived on the same day I called for service and arrived early on during the scheduled time slot. He worked quickly and efficiently. Very helpful when answering my questions and was quite knowledgeable. I thought Tim did a great job and I was quite impressed with the services provided by both Tim and the company as a team. I was expecting the worst based off past experiences from other service companies, but instead I got the best. My family and I truly appreciate you guys getting here so fast. I still can’t believe how quickly you guys got out here. it was four hours, five tops from the time I made the phone call for service to the time of your arrival and you guys kept me updated every step of the way and I mean every step....I was notified that tech was assigned and scheduled, then another when he was on his way. Home Warranty listed Show-Me Services for a water heater replacement. Show-Me always showed up when schedule, provide text and email notices when they're in route. Price was lower than other local competitors and they were very fast in replacing my water heater. They kept me informed on the process going through HW as well.

We have had plumbing issues in the past and our home warranty place has sent out 3 other company. This guy was phenomenal. He came and augged our stuff, quickly and efficiently. He was thorough and didn't mind my chaotic dogs. I absolutely recommend Brandon.

After dealing with the home warrantee company and getting the run around with just getting a company out to my house, I was worried with what I would actually get. The warrantee company scheduled you and another company for the same day and couldn't figure out their own system with removing one. I had an appointment set with them through my home warranty company. They called, sent texts and even emailed me with appointment time, update on ETA, and sent both invoice and receipt. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it very quickly. I would recommend them to friends and family because I know they'd be well taken care of.

I want to commend this company for the steps that it took in order to ensure that we got our AC fixed. I wasn't sure I would be able to make it home from work in the 30 minutes that you have from the time that the technician texts you. So I called, and they did everything they could to give me additional time. It was so helpful and appreciated. Then when Tim got here he was quick to diagnose the problem and along the way he answered all my questions ( I like to be informed, ha). Will request this company if I have any problems in the future!
