Ruby Tuesday

This Ruby's has come a long, long way in the past year. Food has really improved, but the seafood is still a tad dicey...tastes too "fishy". Other foods have been prepared properly and have excellent flavor and present well. Wait staff is super-friendly. Marie always goes above and beyond, great attitude, and ensures our meals are prepared properly and in a timely fashion. She's a definite asset!! We are regulars at this location, mostly because of Marie...always a pleasure!!

When we arrived the manager made us aware he sent staff home due to the weather and that now they were short staffed and running behind. We still chose to eat/stay. He checked on us frequently and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The manager was super personable and told us about his experience in culinary arts and his time in France training. He made the wait and experience so great and we will definitely be back again!

I just wanted to say I’ve been doordashing for almost two years and had pretty long waits to get customers food, like 20-30 min waits… the last few months they seem to have more business, happier customers and the orders are always ready when I get there if not a few min after. They are stepping up their game. Give them another chance if you had bad past experience and see if it’s any better for you. Oh and the bartender Wendy is very good and on top of things. I see her work harder than anyone in that place! Keep up the good work guys!

Please read as there has been changes in Management: For the get to the point readers; It's great! For those who would like a bit more insight: The food is on point! Amber works most nights behind the bar knows her drinks, her clientele, and the menu. Management is active in this restaurant, from running food to literally delivering food to the local hotels when needed. They have great happy hour options with some of the longest happy hour time frames anywhere. The salad bar is as you remember it, I promise, and the atmosphere is laid back, quieter, relaxing, and very comfortable. I can't recommend any other place in this area more. If it's been a while give them a chance, if you haven't been, you won't be sorry. Nothing beats a cup of coffee with a shot of baileys and the chocolate chip cookie skillet with ice cream!

Went in for dinner and tried the pork chop and got talked into a Ruby relaxer, mozzarella sticks, and almost took home dessert. The salad bar was top notch and I’ve noticed a huge difference between today and last week. The new manager said hello and checked on us, she seems like a keeper. Our service was great. Keep it up!

We enjoyed our visit & meal tonight with another couple. We were seated as soon as we came in. Our food was ready & served very timely. Each of us was pleased with our entrees & salad bar. Our entrees were hot & fresh. They were plated & very pleasing to the eye. Our server, Claudia, was awesome! She was attentive, prompt, pleasant & took good care of us. Tina, the manager cane out & checked on us & asked if everything was ok. She & Claudia were both friendly & helpful. I think this restaurant is back on the right path. We will definitely be back!! I ate there Friday night
They were busy the new manager got us refills and made sure we had everything we needed. Very nice lady. My server was great. Much cleaner than last month. I love the garden bar!

I had dinner at this restaurant last night , we met the manager Carey Manley , she was kind enough to stop by our table to check in on our dining experience. She was fabulous, the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. It was a big improvement from our last dinning experience we had at this restaurant 6 months ago.

I did a curbside order of the large honey bourbon pork chops that they brought back for a limited time. They used to carry them all the time but stopped during the pandemic. They are wonderful!! Unfortunately, I had to wait longer than expected this time because the cook burnt the first one and had to recook it. But, the one I got was wonderful!! They make sure your order is right, whether dining there or to go. Thanks, Ruby Tuesdays

Great food. Music was wonderful, server was awesome!!! The salad bar was delish, especially those croutons!!!

Our extended family had an impromptu reunion at Ruby Tuesday and our server Haley handled our big, disorganized group with such professionalism, efficiency and cheerful aplomb it made the evening all the more special. Good food GREAT service. Thank you Haley!

Haylie G. is one of the best employees! All the staff is top notch! Awesome food and great service. This is my go to place for all family gatherings! If you haven't been here you should definitely go! A+

I eat at Ruby Tuesday's all over the country. This is my favorite one Festus.

I was in the other night with some friends and our server was Wendy as usual was an absolute Rockstar she's so nice so efficient.

The last couple years I always try to ask for her when I come in because she's always just doing a good job.
. This is the Best Ruby Tuesday's has the best salad highly recommend 😊.

Nicey is the best cook. I asked because the grilled chicken and shrimp was so awesome. Phil was an excellent server. I will come back.

Love the salad bar, and always have a great experience here. Amber (the bartender) is so fun to be around, she's a real pick-me-up.

So, this time around was so so much better go during the day, the servers so much better cooks are awesome they care about you the food was on point density our server is the best

We went there for our Valentine's Day bc I am Just in love with their salad bar. Service was excellent and the ribs were divine.

Wendy was such a wonderful waitress she introduced herself right away! She was definitely on top of all of her tables will ask for her the next time we come eat!!
