Bought a couple of Acacia Wood butcher block boards to make a computer desk.

The staff here is always friendly and very helpful. They've always made me feel very very welcome and they're always so nice and patient with my 14 month old daughter. Everything is priced lower than the other hardware stores. Very clean store and super easy to find what your looking for as well. You'll always be able to find a staff member if you need assistance with anything!!! I could go on and on bragging about this store and the staff ECT. That's why they have kept my business over the years.

Fantastic deals on supplies if your not shopping for a must have today. If you love a deal on something you didn't think you needed until you saw it 75% off.... This is your place. Something about the place is....? ... it's just more " human" than Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Staff are sincerely friendly not just "waitress" friendly.

Great place to do business with, had our basement door custom built back in October and just now had it installed and the door guy found some broken pieces and HOOD'S made it right. We well definitely be using HOODS for our next projects around here because of their great customer service and care of their products they sell.

This is definitely a fun place to look for unique items to help with your creativity when it comes to DIY home projects. And the help/assistance you get is always top notch!!

Love this place came here wanting to redo my kitchen and I was able to talk to somebody and they built in 3D diagram of my kitchen when I provided them with all the measurements and then they provided me with all the information I needed For the new Cabinetry and flooring what a great service at no charge

Fantastic customer service. I am so impressed. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a hello 😊, to a may I help you find what you are looking for. I needed a bathroom vanity, she called for assistance and Steve came right away and helped me with everything. Even loaded up for me. I have been to many of the Big Box Chain Stores and never been treated with so much kindness and help. Hoods keep doing what your doing, I will definitely be back again for great service. Thank you!

They have a huge selection of laminate flooring. Also butcher block slabs. Some things you can't get at big box stores.

Knowledgeable employees, and this location has a door center, so they actually can measure and fit doors exactly to how you want it for your project. Its also not that absurdly expensive and they can even deliver to locations closer to your if you like.

Great customer service by Alan! He helped me find an exact match for my baseboard picked through the pile for the best ones and helped me load it up.

A few weeks ago, my wife and I walked in with questions about cabinets. We looked a while, planned our project, then found David. He helped us get the exact cabinets we wanted for our project. All were available and we took them home that day. Realizing we had a measurement wrong we needed to return two of the six cabinets we purchased. They made it so easy to exchange them for the correct size and style. The young lady at the customer service counter was also very familiar with the cabinets. Knew what we needed and found them at another store. She had them transferred in and 2 days later I was picking up the correct cabinets. Well…. The project just got a little larger and we need a list of available sizes. I called the store and in 2021 calling a business isn’t usually the easiest thing to do. I dialed, the phone rang and an automated message played… thanking me for calling Hoods. I figured I’d have to press one for english and then roll through prompts, a quick answer and a real
Person took my call and transferred me to Kyle in cabinetry. He quickly was willing to email me the cabinet options so we could plan the 2nd phase of the project. All in all a great experience!!!!! Thanks to David, the young lady whose name I forget, and Kyle for showing me hood’s can provide small town service with quality products.

Incredible service at unbeatable prices!! Walked in and was approached by an extremely kind and personable gentleman (Tim I think??) and he walked us around the entire store looking and helping us find everything we needed from cabinets to floors to electrical!! So impressed by this store and I will recommend anyone and everyone here before Lowes and Home Depot. Job well done!

I really like the discount you get from hoods! We have been remodeling a rental house and the price compared anywhere else ia great! Rental houses pretty much have to be redone a lot, well that is the place to get plumbing cabinets or sinks. They also give Military discounts. Or at least the one on Festus does! Great but on area rungs or any flooring!

I purchased some flooring there today. Upon checking out we realized that we were being charged the regular price instead of the advertised sales price. A nice gentleman named AL got the problem corrected and then helped us load our truck up. You could tell he was a really hard worker and he appreciated our business. He displayed great customer service and was friendly the whole time. He didn't have to help load my truck up as I am more than able to do it but he helped anyway. I still have to purchase some other things for my condo and will def look into Hood's for future needs thanks for the great customer service.

We love our new vanity and everyone was very helpful. The three gentlemen who loaded my truck were friendly and professional. It was a good experience and I certainly recommend them for anyone considering home improvement.

Really like going through the store I can normally come up with several good projects completed
