Went in to the store a few weeks ago. Seemed very fancy and like somewhere I didn’t belong. However, staff was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made me feel welcomed! They didn’t have the color I wanted so they ordered them and sent them to my house. I will definitely go back!!!

Very good selection, good staff, and a very nice and well-designed shop. I came here to buy shoes and get a fitting today and the employee I dealt with was great. After giving the shoes that I purchased a go this afternoon, I am extremely happy with my purchase. These are the most comfortable and best exercise shoes I have owned. I will definitely be back for my next pair. One minor critique is that I think staff during a fitting should ask the customer which style of shoes they would be interested in trying out/purchasing. There were some pairs I tried on that I wouldn't have really considered buying just based on the look/design of the shoes. To be fair I never really made it clear to the employee that I was interested in more than the just the fit of the shoe.

Beyond impressed with their knowledge and service after the sale. I recently bought a pair of Brooks shoes to help with my aching feet caused by my current cheap shoes. They helped scan my feet and after describing what I needed in a shoe guided me to the Ghost 15. After two weeks there was some abnormal wear on one shoe. They were surprised by the wear so soon but exchanged them for a different pair. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you so much for all of your help and getting me into a comfortable shoe!

What an experience! They took me through a process to help me figure out what type of shoe would best fit me. Seriously brought me out 10 different shoes, because I am so picky. The gentleman that helped me was so kind and patient and helped me find the PERFECT pair of shoes. 10/10 would recommend shopping there. Will definitely go back.

Been buying running shoes from here for YEARS now! They know their stuff and will help you find what you need in a shoe. They personally curate their entire selection and are very informed on all the products they carry. It's very reassuring going here because they are very passionate about what they do here. Even if you don't decide on a shoe that day you definitely leave there knowing more than before you walked in!

Went today and had no idea what I was looking for other than comfort lol. I just recently started walking a lot more and riding the bike at the gym a lot more to lose weight and get healthier.. all the shoes I have (basketball, casual, etc) just didn’t provide the comfort I needed.. the bottom of my feet were hurting.. I went in today and a young man named Clayton really helped me.. so informative and answered every question I had. I tried on 3 different pairs, Hokas, Brooks and Sauconys.. I ended up choosing the Sauconys.. I left one of my Nikes on one foot and tried the others on the other foot while walking in the store. .. night and day difference between the Sauconys and my Nikes I had on for the comfort for the bottom of my feet.

My husband and I went in to buy new work shoes end up buying 2nd pair. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did the fitting and they help us pick the shoes that would work best. The store is in a great location. Prices are good and I would highly recommend stopping in. We will be back.

We love this store my husband has purchased the last 3 pair of his tennis shoes here and I doubt he'll shop anywhere else for shoes. I was fitted for the first time yesterday and will have mine shipped to our home in 5-7 business days...can't wait. Would highly recommend Runaround the staff is really knowledgeable and polite and give you one-on-one service until your completely satisfied and checked out.

Awesome selection!!! Awesome customer service!!!! Elias was VERY informative, helpful and when I told him what I was looking for in a running shoe he gave me several options to choose from and I got the brooks ricochet based off his recs. People don’t need to be hard-core runners to benefit from the knowledge and service this store offers. I’d highly recommend getting fitted here.

Great service and selection. I am very glad I chose to buy at a brick and mortar instead of ordering online because the size I was prepared to buy would've been too big.

My "go to" running/shoe store in Joplin. Runaround is now combined with Bartlett Shoes, so you can find running, hiking, casual, and dress shoes all in the same building. They also have clothing, socks, hats, gloves, etc. The staff is also nice and knowledgeable (many of them are runners).

I really like this shoe store...very friendly and helpful. Plus they have a machine that helps determine what style of shoe best fits your foot. I've never had this comfortable shoe before. Thank you to their whole team.

First time here and Erik was very helpful in getting the shoe's I wanted!!! He has a lot of knowledge on shoe's to make them feel comfortable. I will definitely be back to buy my next pair in the future!!!

The store has really been working with me on resolving my foot issues. The owner spent time today explaining why my foot hurt in certain places, was bruising on the side, etc. I appreciated the information, knowledge and suggestions on what exercises I could do to alleviate the tightness in my calves. He not only showed me, but made sure I was doing it right before I left. People who are having problems with their feet should stop in and let them fit you properly.

Stopped by the shop with my cross country teammates and was blown away by the awesome and thorough service we received as soon as we walked in the door! Erik and the rest of the staff were patient and eager to analyze our feet/strides and gave great information and recommendations for shoes - not only telling us what to look for in a shoe, but also suggesting various brands to try to find what works best for our needs. 100% recommend Runaround for all things running!

Found this place walking around main street a long while ago. Every interaction with staff was nothing but helpful and informative, and led me to my best fitting shoe I've ever worn.

They have a decently large selection, and of they don't have your size they can and will order it (it can deliver to your house as well, not just the store).

As long as I'm living in Joplin, I will buy my shoes here.

My brain was in another dimension when I gave you guys 4 stars, so I'm changing it to 5. You guys are awesome at what you do. My only complaint is something you can't really change, and that is I wish I could afford to come buy shoes from you guys more often. From fitting for new shoes to finding the perfect pair for a person's foot, you guys are great. Keep it up :)
