Walmart Neighborhood Market

I’m very impressed with the staff at this location. I often visit in the mornings 2 to 3 times a week, and I’m greeted nearly every time by an employee named Toby. Toby goes out of his way to check on me, ask if he can help me find anything and assist when I need help. I think the public takes every opportunity they can to complain about service but rarely give compliments when they receive excellent service! I feel you’re very lucky to have this young man on your staff!

I usually shop here just because its close to where I live. I do my shopping early to get it out of the way usually Wednesdays or Thursdays, and anytime I shop in the fruit and vegetables section it always looks organized an set up nice neat and i’m never lost looking for something and theres always someone there to help.

I like this one very much. It's pretty much just food products, and the store isn't as big, and it's much faster getting in and out.

Typically has everything I am looking for. The only thing food wise that I need to go to main Walmart is some of the yogurt alternatives. Otherwise, it is a very well stocked Neighborhood Market.

This is one of my favorite Walmarts in Joplin to shop at! It's always really clean and the employees are always really friendly and eager to help..

Was simple and easy to figure out where everything is in the store

Neighborhood Market is much easier to shop compared to the Walmart Supercenters. It's more "down home" feeling... like a local grocery store is, when there used to be such a thing! .lol
I noticed they offer fewer brand selections, (less generic or store brands) but the brands they do carry tend to be the major brands. They also offer a greater selection of vegetarian & vegan foods which are less common or available at their Walmart stores. Overall Neighborhood Market should serve all of your grocery, pharmacy and health and beauty that you need.

I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and wide aisles. Plus, the shelves are neatly arranged and usually stocked well. They specialize in grocery and that saves me time to find what I need. The employees are friendly and ready to help. Their pickup option has helped me tremendously when my grandmother was ill and I had to shop fast. The store and bathrooms are clean.

Nice store clean and lots of checkout lines. Nice verity of items a very good place to shop.

I have never been to a Neighborhood Market before so I was extremely pleased with the quality and selection of most of their products, especially fresh things like produce. My daughter had to drop off a prescription and it was so nice that the pharmacy technician remembered her by name and asked her some questions about how she was doing. So happy to know there is personal service like this!

I have shopped at this store for over a year, and I’m in a few times a week. Customer service associate Collin has always went well above and beyond for any of my customer service needs, whether in self checkout or any other area he’s been in. Always pleasant and friendly and willing to help. That’s called customer service people! And he’s always greeted me with a smile.
To the person that left the negative review below, (Shiny Eevee) and told Walmart to do better? Maybe you should stop hiding behind your Pokémon name giving false reviews to earn badges and be a better customer because this young man is an asset to this store. And stop talking trash Shiny Eevee!!

My wife was in and out. No hassles. Found what she was looking for and it was her first time in this store. Very close from where my mom lives. It is convenient for us since we are on vacation visiting and usually go to Walmart to get groceries or something quick.

This is my favorite Walmart! The staff are polite and actually know what customer service is!

Everything changes from week to week. They are constantly rearranging the store. Its so frustrating. If you know where something you like is located in the store one week, next week it's not there and you have to hunt it down or ask an employee if you can find one, or ask another person. Come on Walmart leave stuff alone. We like to be able to find our products each week so we can get in and get out.

Always have what I need when I need it so far! Associates are always polite and helpful. Never had a bad experience yet. Only one odd experience returning meat that had gone bad before the expiration date. Took a little fanagling because I didn't have my receipt, and just wanted a replacement, but got a refund so it was made right. Was told it was corporate policy which I believe when you're bound by policies of a corporate office big wig. Despite this it was all made right. 2 thumbs up!
