I reserved our unit online and was contacted with confirmation right away. Met with Brian the next morning who made the process seamless and easy. He had our unit ready to go and walked us thru all of the ins and outs of our rental. Could not have asked for better service or a friendlier experience! Absolutely love this facility and its employees. I’ve stored my belongings here for over 10 years and I couldn’t ask for a safer and better maintained facility. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed to switch storage units, I’ve always been helped with fast and friendly customer service. Brian in the main office is always hard at work maintaining and making sure the building is in tiptop shape and there with a friendly smile to happily help out.

I have been renting a space since Feb 2017. I have been please with everything except the giant jump in cost. I’m on disability so that’s a huge chunk. Hopefully weather and health permitting I’ll be able to empty it by February or March. It is a very secure and clean facility. Brian has been the best since day one. He’s friendly, kind and very helpful. Y’all need to give him a great big bonus!🥰

Brian has always been a pleasure to work with when the facility was Life Storage. I was very glad to see he was still managing now that we need storage again at what is now Extra Space. He picked up the pieces when the electronic system would not cooperate. He always keeps the facility clean and operating efficiently. He never hesitates to put his feet in motion and hands to work with whatever is needed. Appreciation goes far beyond words when it comes to Brian. Thanks so much!

I have had my storage unit since November of 2020. I can say that I have always had a great experience with the staff, they are always friendly and smiling all the time.
Every time I need to go there Brian has been exceedingly helpful and very pleasant to talk to. He seems to go above and beyond. We need more "Brian's" in the work force!

Very friendly and helpful. Received an initial phone call from Brian offering any help that I may need. When we got there we had a few troubles with the access code but Brian was quick to resolve our issue. Would recommend this place to others.

I had amazing service amazing price and was able to get in and out in a matter of minutes. This is the best storage area in the area. And they're nice to your customers.

Brian, goes out of his way to make sure everything you need is taken care of. For a example, they were washing and painting the garage doors so he called us to let us know that they were going to wash and paint the garage doors, this gave us time to go in and make sure everything was moved away from the doors so nothing would get ruined. Not many people will go out of the way to call you and let you know. Thank you. Very happy customer.

The on site manager is friendly and always available for questions. He keeps the facility very well maintained. We love the units we rent!

I went by Extra Storage in High Ridge today to rent a storage unit. The facility was clean and the customer service was excellent. We rented a unit because of the cleanliness and the customer service. I would highly recommend.
