Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

Bought a phone from Apple and wanted to use their credit card. Was told they only finance the big carriers. I considered looking into switching, but I am really happy with Cricket. To get my new phone to work, I had to go to a Cricket store. I walked into the store in High Ridge (Dillion Plaza) 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday and was greeted by Landon. I apologized to him for coming in last minute and he assured me it was no problem. He was very kind and got my phone up and running very quickly. The service I received from Landon has convinced me that I made the right choice sticking with Cricket.

I visited the High Ridge Cricket store today to get a replacement phone on my account. The rep at the counter was quite helpful. He prepared my phone for use and answered all my questions making for a good experience.

Store Manager Chris was great. Great service. Friendly and helpful. Ended up upgrading 2 phones.

Jesse was very helpful and polite.
We had our 75 year old mother with us and he took extra time explaining different phones to her until he got her the one she could work. I highly recommend him and his store.

I have to give a shout out to Jesse at the High Ridge store! He was absolutely amazing in making sure that I got the exact phone I wanted for my daughter's birthday! Totally went out of his way (and out of state) to get her phone! Thank you so much Jesse for making her birthday what she wanted!!

Opened on time....the worker was very knowledgeable....very professional yet kind...will definitely use this store often. Btw clerks name was Megan and she deserves a raise...only one there on a very busy Sunday morning.

Went to cricket to get a new phone got it all set up and was leaving and got in the car tried to make a phone call and couldn't hear anything. Went back in and got a different phone. Thanks to Nikki for being so patient with me and figuring out how to get me a different phone so quick.

Oh great had a great experience today at cricket and high ridge the lady named Nikki got me a great upgrade a great deal on a case charger and screen cover made my experience really easy and quick will definitely return great experience.

Went to high ridge cricket to get a new phone that will support apps due to my medical needs. The worker Nikki took her time to make sure the apps i need to stay connected with my doctor and manage my diabetes would work on the new before making a sale. If you go ask for Nikki
