This location and the people working there are just fantastic! I'm a long time frequent shopper, and about 6 months ago I purchased a set of shop work lights, that unfortunately due to a design flaw are now defective. Since it is past TSC's 30 day return policy, the responsibility is on the manufacturer to honor the lifetime warranty. Well ACS, American Customer Service (the vendor responsible for warranty claims) would not honor the lifetime warranty. Luckily Joe at the High Ridge store stepped up and swapped them out at no cost. It was a pleasure talking with Joe, the store manager. He exemplifies what great customer service is. Thank you Joe!

Great customer service but the live animal trap that I purchased was destroyed by the raccoon it caught. Overnight!! The wire spacing is wide enough for a large raccoon to get a good bite at it and chew until it breaks. So after doing that the angry ,scared, trapped wild animal literally jumped out of it while I was trying to load it into my truck! I hope countyline doesn't make shark cages!!

I just got chickens and I was able to get everything I needed for them here! Great store. Friendly staff!

Stopped for painting supplies during lunchtime. Browsed around just looking at all they had on the floor. I'll be back. Glad to have them in town.

They almost always have what I need especially if I can't find it at other Farm Stores. The staff is also very helpful.

Went for the Sunday morning vet care and they were absolutely fantastic. My dogs were nervous and they were so gentle and caring with them. They let me hold the one that was most scared in my arms and the other I just sat with and talked to while petting her. I can honestly say they were better than I expected and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I really like this store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are good also. They gave a large selection of pet food and treats.

We tried the community pet clinic today. Amazing experience, and we saved a ton of money. They were so accommodating for my dog, who is pet selective. Highly recommend!

Kids that work there are always friendly. Store is always neat and tidy.

Great selections storewide. Love their pet and equine departments. Staff is always helpful and I always find things I can use in clearance. One of my favorite stops!

The manager helped me get several objects on sale that were in storage, and I also saw him helping another customer load up their van before that.

Bought a utility trailer there and the staff member was very professional and made sure we had all the correct paperwork. Very nice experience!

The store seemed to be very clean and well organized. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We were greeted when we walked in and while I was looking at gun safes, an employee approached and held me with questions that I had. He even told me about an upcoming sale on the safe I was interested in. I would recommend this store.
