My experience's with Moose have been outstanding. A great guy each time I've dealt with him he has been very helpful and has gone above and beyond what I expected. This big guy needs to get big a pay increase or at least a nice big bonus. Any and all of my future furniture needs I'll be contacting him.

We absolutely loved our experience with Midwest Clearance Center! It was so nice to be able to talk to someone in person rather than shopping online. It definitely took stress off our move knowing that we had real people we could contact with any concerns or issues.

Our biggest concerns when shopping for a couch were price, shipping time, & pickup.
1) they price matched our couch so we got a great deal 2) it was ready and here in STL even before we were ready to take it! 3) pickup was seamless and easy (s/o to Robert!)

Moose and Jacob at the Brentwood location were wonderful! They even got their tools out to take the legs off a piece of furniture so it would fit in my car!! They also fulfilled our pre Christmas delivery schedule!! We will return.

I was a frustrated furniture shopper, tired of the prices and the salesman tactics! So, we found a collection we liked at one of the big boys, but it was insanely priced! We went home and googled the collection and much to our surprise we found it at half the price of the big boys! There’s no dazzling setups, just furniture everywhere and it was awesome! Everyone I talked to from ordering to delivery was awesome! Such fantastic and friendly people! Thank you!

I have been in Midwest Clearance a lot over past 4 months sometimes hours at a time. Robert has gone out of his way to help. Everyone has been helpful. Everything I have bought is well made and sturdy. Even the guys who deliver items are extremely nice and accommodating. Midwest has great prices and great customer relations.

First let me say I truly love my couch and will be going back here again . The employees are very nice and understanding. I wanted pay my couch off in two months or less but I wasn’t able to it was more 3 and half. Their delivery guy where professional listen directions well. ROBERT is who I worked with most but telling they all so bubbly and very informational. I refer everyone one to Midwest every time they ask about couch.

I love my new couch! Not only is it comfortable it was affordable compared to similar couches at other stores. The store has a variety of ways you can pay for your furniture and delivery was prompt and friendly. Definitely all my furniture from here from now on.

A hidden gem in Brentwood! Jacob was very helpful. He sold me a high quality mattress and nice frame at a great price. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a bed frame and box spring from the Brentwood location. I worked with Jon on finding the right bed frame for me. I'm a taller guy, and I wanted a bed frame that would help my bed sit taller. His knowledge of everything in the store is out of this world! I would ask for a slight difference, and he would be able to think of three new options. I never felt ANY pressure to buy something that I didn't like, or couldn't afford. It was incredible. I didn't pay to have it delivered, or put together, because of monetary constraints. When I went to put the bed frame together, it turned out that the holes to put it together were drilled incorrectly by the company that *made* it. I called the next day, asked for someone to come and look at it, and they were nothing but amazing. They even delivered my box spring, which I was going to pick up that day, anyway. I worked with Nate and Antonio and they were a DREAM to work with. Both of them have been doing this for a long time, and they knew immediately what to do. It was SUCH a relief and SUCH a big help for them to come over and help. Also, everyone wore masks, and they were addiment about making sure we were all safe.

Long story short, buy your furniture from these folks! They're AMAZING. You won't regret it.

I can truly say an enormous weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. MCC employees James (Fairview Hgts, IL) and Jacob (Brentwood, MO) both turned my furniture shopping nightmare into an amazing experience. I visited a lot of furniture stores, at some I felt pressured and at other stores I felt ignored. Both of them listened, worked tirelessly and their efforts resulted in a furniture purchase. Personally, I can do without fancy showrooms, hovering Sales Clerks and the old bait and switch. I needed someone to deliver. Figuratively and literally James and Jacob did!!

Couldn't be more happy with the furniture I got for my new house. Jacob made the whole process fun and easy. On top of it all, I know for a FACT I got the best deal I could find.

Rob was great at building rapport when me and my wife walked in to buy our 6 piece dining room set.
He gave us options and set proper expectations for delivery and communicated every step along the way. The furniture showed up in perfect condition and right now
Would recommend and will be getting more furniture in the future.

I got a couch I love at a great price. There was a small issue with the delivery company insisting that they couldn’t bring it inside because of road work on my street but after a few calls they brought my couch back the same day and were in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I highly recommend buying furniture here, especially if you have your own truck and can avoid dealing with the delivery company.

Robert, Mae, and another employee who was either named Natalie or Madeline (sorry! I can’t remember!) were all so nice and helpful and I can’t thank them enough.

Thank you Robert for helping with my BEAUTIFUL King size bed purchase. Not only is it the BEST price in town but it was much easier then Aarons Rent to Own or Weekends Only. Im very happy I didnt get slammed with a bunch of sales guys but instead Robert who was laid back, informative and helped load the truck. The bed was under $200 and so easy to set up I did it all myself! Thanks Midwest! Ill be back for more!

This is a great furniture store for very reasonably-priced high quality furniture. You should visit them first, before going anywhere fancy because you may get that brand name furniture here for much cheaper. Our sofa arrived in perfect condition, within the time frame we were given. We love it.

But what makes this store GREAT is not just the prices. It is the people running the place. Rob helped us pick the furniture we were looking for, and wow I wish every store manager and personnel could be as friendly, as down to earth, as genuinely nice as this guy! He was running the whole operation and yet took the time to greet and help every customer. You have a lifetime customers in us, thank you Rob.
