I feel State Farm isn’t just a company with stupid tv ads like Liberty Mutual and many others, but a quality competitive company with higher user satisfaction ratings.

Kelly & Her Team were the best! They were behind me 100% and got my claim taken care of!! If it weren’t for them I would have been looking for another insurance company! I have been with her for over 40 years and this is my first claim, yes still unhappy with claims department but it wasn’t my local agent Kelly / team who caused the stress!
