Cotton's Ace Hardware

Nice selection in the garden shop today. Would have liked a bit more variety in the herb plants. I am looking for lemon grass.

I don’t know why I don’t shop here more often. Everyone is helpful and kind. John was especially pleasant even though it was 4th of July and he had to work.

Has a much better feel than the big box stores. Associates have been friendly and helpful each time I've visited. Give them a call to check if they have the item you need, then swing by and pick it up... They don't have the floor space or other resources as a smaller business to support every home necessity.

I will drive a million miles to visit this place. I am so a clearance shopper. And they always have me covered. seams I don't have to spend over 30. And have bags full of treasure. The staff. Always will and asking if I need help. No worries on if I tootle around there store for hers. Just looking and checking everything out..they always will to answer any question. Chat about my day. Or just giggle on everything I can find

I have to say the staff here are very friendly and fun. Came here to get an extra pair of keys made for my Jeep Patriot and they did such a great job. Addicted have to order a certain set of keys once they came in the job took them 15 minutes and again with great friendly service. Thank you team for doing a great job.

Ace is the place for me. I sometimes don’t mind paying a higher price for service. Ace Hardware gives me that personal service that I need being a novice or experienced shopper for my hardware needs. Their sales staff is always friendly and helpful in explaining and recommending products. I never feel like they are talking down to me or trying to brush me off. Steve at the Tesson store is fantastic. If you have any special need items they are the first and last place to get it done at and get it done right. Fantastic stores.

I live right across the street, so very convenient and the staff is always VERY friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs and working with the customers.

I’ve been to this location twice. Both times were fantastic experiences. Found the hardware I needed in a timely fashion and both employees helped me find what I needed. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone!

I love the staff! Always very friendly and extremely helpful! I really wish they would open one down south in Festus! Would love the old school feel instead of walking miles in the big box stores to purchase one item.

I ran in to get a cap for a pvc pipe. Kelley asked if she could help me. I told her what I needed and she immediately told me what isle and what side the part would be on. She was spot on correct. She is awesome.

I have shopped at the Tesson Ferry Cotton Hardware store for several years.
I have been impressed by the customer service at the cashier's checkout as well as the numerous sales associates. Today, the Manager went above and beyond matching a sales price in the "Westlake" ad though Cotton's was not coming out until next week.
I enjoy shopping there and will continue to do so.
Who doesn't enjoy GREAT customer service????

This is a great neighborhood hardware store. Always try to come here when I can, especially for difficult to find nuts and bolts.

Friendly service, propane tank exchange, great selection of bird stuff!

This is a great place an the workers are down to earth willing to help. They have the things other places don't. My new go to store
