To the gift of a man at the drive thru window, who upon my answer of "as many as you feel comfortable giving me and then add a few more" to the question of how many honey mustard packets I wanted, laughed and then gave me enough packets to fill my soul...thank you. This was a great meal tonight.

Staff were very friendly and attentive to customers and kept the restaurant clean. Food came out hot and as ordered. Thank you staff - great job!!

Was a great alternative to a nearby competitor. Was quickly reminded how great the food is here when you’re looking for that late night meal after being out all day.

Kim, the manager today is a HUGE asset to the Arby's company!!! I wish more people had her welcoming and warm personality. She made the whole visit a great time!!!!

I absolutely love Arby's. I got the Cajun fried turkey today. It was lovely However they were skimpy on the onion. Two and a half onion rings... little skinny ones. I still loved it tho

Food was hot, fresh and fast. Ordered from the app with a great deal.

Food was classic beef and cheddar plus a jamoca shake I didn't really need. They reduced the large size of the shake but I liked it. Fewer calories were better.

They have the meats!!.. update.. 1/27/23 ordered off the app, the new ribeye Sammy. When I arrived I was informed they where out of it. This staff went up and beyond making it straight. I had a pretty expensive order and I placed it so the wife didn't have my card for reimbursement. They made me right and then some!! This is a great location, I highly recommend them to anyone!! Great staff!! Great location!! Excellent service!!

I am happy the dine in for fast-food places, are starting to make a comeback. I think drive thru only has really caused a lack of quality in a lot of places. That is not the case for this location. They always serve hot and fresh food, and the portions are fair. Thank you for valuing your customers. I will drive further just to eat at your location, just because I value the service. Thank you!

They have the best tasting Fountain Coke I've tasted in the last 30 years. Whoever calibrated your system should be put up for sainthood, they have the devine touch..

We ate inside just before close without knowing they were about to close. We got some of the best fast food I've had in a while and the service was fantastic!

I was actually headed to steak n shake when I noticed arbys on the way and decided to go there instead. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, the parking lot though was not all that clean

KIM was amazing the best employee I've meet in the fast food business. She took our huge order and smiled and joked with us..she interacted with our children and made them laugh, absolutely the best customer service!

Came here with a brother for dinner. I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo. The food was good and the serving sizes were respectable. You get some bang for your buck. Washed it down with a Jamocha shake, an Arby's staple. Some places still do it right, Arby's Arnold is one of them.

Best customer service I've ever had at any fast food place in Imperial or Arnold Missouri. Soon as we ordered our food it was ready and everything was perfect. This is now my mom's favorite fast food place to eat at. #fivestarservice.

From the moment we walked in, our cashier, Kim was awesome! Friendly and definitely knows her job well. The store is clean and the food was perfect!

Went here last night, the 7th of june and let me just say. I have never had better customer service, the young ladies were so helpful and kind and not to mention by the time we got to the window our food was already made! And it was fresh! Extremely happy nice job arbys team will definitely be coming back☺ Loving the staff, the cleanliness, and that you guys stay open later than all the other restaurants!

I placed my carry out order online and it only took me a few minutes to get there. My order was ready, everything was accurate, and the food was still hot when I got home.
