Great fitness place. The staff are all wonderful. Wish there was an easier way to cancel subscription. But none the less great fitness center.

This is an excellent location. The staff is nice and all equipment is clean. The locker rooms are very great also.

This is the nicest Planet Fitness I’ve been to. The facility is large and they have more equipment than other Planet Fitness locations. They have a lateral raise machine, the urinals are separated with walls—things I haven’t seen at other Planet Fitnesses.

One recommendation, the AC needs to be set to a lower temperature. This is the hottest gym I’ve been to. People are working out and sweating here.🙂

Love the private showers with attached dressing area. I wish all the Planet Fitnesses would have this setup. Water pressure could be better. Great deep tissue massage chairs. Staff is friendly. Good location. Adequate parking rather flat.

Crestwood MO location is clean and well maintained. Not too busy before 7:00 a.m. They installed all new cardio equipment on 8/14/23

I'm terrible. I have the black card so I can tan and get a hydromassage. Worth it! Great staff!

This one is very large, and had many machines other places don't have. There is plenty of room to workout and facilities are kept very presentable. Only issue I had was a functioning shower head, and the water pressure plus the time it took the water to heat up. Other than that great experience, solid recommendation 👍👍.

Excellent staff, clean facility, massage chairs, tanning beds. Highly satisfied! Both my son and I go to this location even though there’s a closer one to us, given the friendly employees and the spacious layout. Keep up the great customer service! That’s key.

I love this gym! The employees make sure to greet you every time you come in the door! They treat you like family and show that they really care about you! The gym is always spotless and overall a very friendly environment to workout in! I recommend it to anyone looking for a gym to join! You will not regret it!

This location is the best location I've been too. Its so spacious, you never have to wait for a machine. Locker rooms are extremely clean, always smelling clean as well. Employees are always so friendly, always willing to help whenever needed. Tanning beds are even better than tanning salons, and always look BRAND NEW!

Love this gym and the location specifically! It’s close to home and work. Always clean and never over crowded. There are always plenty of cardio machines available and there’s a lot of options. It’s so easy to get a good workout in. I also love the perks that come with the black card! Ive been a part of 3 or 4 other gyms before this one and i recommend this gym over all of them.

Awesome place, great people!! The perfect pick me up place for any day! No matter how bad or good you feel walking in you always walk out feeling far far better!! Not just your regular gym, NOT AT ALL!! LOVE the massage and tanning bed add ins you don't find in other gyms! Honestly there isn't much more one could ask for! 🧘‍♀🤸‍♀

Very friendly employees and the place is always very clean. Every employee is happy to help you and/or answer questions. They have a wide range of equipment which allows a quality workout to be easily achieved. I would highly recommend this place for anybody new to gyms or who is self conscious. Their acceptance policies make it a welcoming place that's easy to come back to.

This is my favorite planet fitness in the STL area. The gym is big, always kept clean, and the staff is seriously the best I’ve ever experienced in a gym!!! Always greeting you, in a good mood and overall amazing customer service. Very happy to go to this gym 😊😊😊

Membership through Silver Sneakers and it's Awesome!

I use PF for showers while traveling and so I can not speak on the work out equipment, but the locker rooms were big and the showers were very very nice. Each shower has its own sort of dressing area and they are a lot nicer than typical PF’s

This PF is HUGE!!!! I'ma truck driver so I called ahead before coming here and asked if they allowed truck parking, they told me yes, so long as I park along the side away from all the other cars in the lot. Very convenient for me to get a work out in at a very nice PF, very spacious, and the locker rooms were kept clean when I was there.
Lady in front desk checked my Temp. And informed me that I must keep my mask up at ALL times including when I'm working out,,, just a heads up.
