I was called for jury duty on a case in which Mr. Wrenn was the prosecuting attorney. I found his demeanor, professionalism, patience and ability to put prospective jurors at ease, to be above and beyond my expectations. I was dismissed due to health reasons, but I have a new found appreciation for all that goes into selecting a jury panel!

I had questions about changes made in the way specific misdemeanor cases would be handled in 2020 and received clear answers and it made all the difference in the world.

I’ve been trying to contact these people for months. Every time I call, it goes straight to a machine saying that due to unusual circumstances they can’t answer the phone, and to call back at a later time. At this point it’s obvious that whatever the circumstances are, they are not unusual.

This office is no better cop lover robert mccullach rights violate witness intimidation and tampering with evidence. Lies to jury to the courts so this idiot wannabe get re elected this office is nothing but a joke. This office doesn't follow the US constitution or Supreme Court decision or Missouri constitution. They do what they want and have the pig Gustapo lies intimidated bully people. If you cooperate the file charges on you.

Wesley Bell is destroying North County by not locking up these thugs the police work hard to apprehend. No bail, no consequences...just a revolving door of escalating criminal behaviour.

The office does a horrible job when it comes to informing the victims family of what is going on. The victims families have been through a lot but they don’t seem to care. I have to constantly contact them to try to get information regarding a case. They do not even inform me of upcoming court dates. The victim coordinator has not even mentioned the crime victims fund to me and it has been over 10 months since the incident occurred. I received the information from a friend. The only reason I was contacted by the victim coordinator was because I reached out to them. I know there is a lot happening in St. Louis but have some compassion for the victims family. Prosecutors are quick to plea down cases without doing a thorough investigation because they “think” or “feel” that is how it may have happened. Wesley Bell has repeatedly ignored requests to meet in person. This has been occurring since prior to COVID-19. It is pretty sad considering we (including the victim) voted him in. The criminal justice system is a mess. I wonder why there is so much crime when individuals are constantly being handed SIS probations (meaning if they complete it it’s off their record). Oh and of course they can violate probation and nothing happens, it can still be completed successfully. I have lost faith in this system completely.

They are destroying my life over an error on the states end, they are garnishing 50% of my wages because they think I didn't pay any state taxes for five years over a decade ago, fortunately I have almost all of my check stubs from that time. That shows they actually owed me money at the end of the year but I'm getting very little cooperation from them and state getting this garnishment removed and I'm about to go under, very difficult to get documentation for something that long ago but yet they go ahead and put a garnishment on you without all the facts, it's fantastic that I see I'm part of the new agenda

Position of authority/age of consent.
I'm guessing asking if a 33 year old manager who has been having romantic relationships with 16 year old boys that are under her employment 6 in total over a span of years is illegal??? Definitely something I'm hoping to get a straight answer about...

Was involved in a hit & run in 2018. Its 2021 and after numerous phone calls, emails, and voicemails I have not been contacted once in 3 years. All I would like is to touch base on it. The "case" has been rescheduled for a pre-trial conference over 20 times. Im sure it will be dismissed after enough time passes since no one seems to care.

The lady who answers the civil side of the phone for child support should NOT have a job speaking with individuals! She is rude, sarcastic, bothered to answer any questions, won't give her name and I feel that I should be able to confidently call this office to check on the status of my case without being spoke to in the manner she believes is ok because it is not ok, it is beyond ridiculous. I have spoken to a Ms. Simms and she is very knowledgeable and very sweet. Even the lady on the criminal side who answers is beyond helpful so in a nut shell everyone else is pulling together to do the other lady's job because she is incompetent for her position. Sad she is the only one who answers the phone... the face of that office, or any office, should be professional and respectful especially to the "victims" who call inquiring help.

I have left several messages to get information on a case that has been ”under review" since the beginning of November. No phone call back. The detective handling my case has also left messages trying get the ball rolling. He has been unsuccessful. They will wait until a man beats a woman to death before they take action. Criminal justice system is a need to say the least. Where can I get real help?
