Absolutely loved our experience today. Tech Alex was amazing - she walked my kids through every step and made them extremely comfortable with the whole process. My 8 year old has extreme dental anxiety from severe dental trauma as a toddler, and he was smiling and laughing with Alex!

I just had my teeth cleaned by Kati, and let me tell you, it was magical! She’s friendly with a lovely sense of humor, which always helps when you’re strapped into a dentist chair. Because really… who loves going to the dentist? Having a pleasant dental assistant is a crucial part of the experience. Thanks to Kati and Dr. Lee I walked out of the office with a squeaky clean smile on my face!

Got my wisdom teeth taken out here. If you have bad anxiety, tell them beforehand! I suffer from really severe anxiety and they ended up having stop my original operation cause my heart rate spiked while they put me to sleep. For today's operation they gave me a lot ways beforehand to help lower my heart rate and the nurse went out of her way to talk to me a lot so I'd feel calmer. I just got them out today, but as far as I can tell everything went smoothly. My surgeon, Albana Simoni, was great.

Dr Simon and Savanna was extremely kind. I am grateful because I really hate to have any dental work done. Pulling 2 teeth had me very nervous.Thank You for a better dental experience.

Kati was amazing. This was my first appointment in years and she was very kind and explained everything very well. And help me through my X-rays.

Dr. Bushing is amazing. It was a difficult procedure and he explained everything throughout the procedure, minimizing anxiety. Very polite and excellent bedside manner. Repeatedly asked me if I was ok throughout process. Stephanie, dental assistant was also amazing. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Water Tower Dental for a few years now and I've never had one bad experience. Dr. Battaglia is amazing. Every time I go in there he is always so kind, patient and positive with an upbeat attitude. Alex was his assistant during my onlay procedure I had done today. She is definitely in the right business. She was super attentive to my needs and very kind. They know how to help keep patients' minds off of what is actually going on. I am very pleased with my visit today and all of my prior visits. Will continue going to them for all of my dental needs!

This was my first visit and it was excellent. Each person I interacted with was extremely kind. They were quick, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Battaglia was easy to talk to and did a great job of explaining my treatment. Marissa was cheerful and friendly and made the process of getting numerous x-rays a breeze. You can tell everyone here loves their job and genuinely cares about their patients. It was a great first impression.

Excellent visit, very complete exam and very good teeth cleaning. Courteous and friendly staff.

Special recognition to Jessica who is very polite and very good at what she does. I was there again today for a cleaning and she is very good at keeping any pain to a minimum but still being thorough. And Dr. Battaglia is the best! Happy Holidays guys, see you next time.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful every time. Courtney was awesome to work with. She was easy to talk too and helped keep me calm while I was getting my crown. I will continue to use Water Tower Dental for my dentist and my families dentist too!

Been going to Water Tower for about 2 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Courtney is fantastic and the whole staff is very friendly. The customer service is the best around.

Everyone was so pleasant. This was my first cleaning in 9 years. Yikes! But they took great care of me. Marissa did my cleaning. She was so sweet and considerate. She stopped periodically to check my comfort level. Explained everything in detail. She mentioned that she is relatively new, but if she hadn't, I would have never known. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and I can't say this enough. The front desk ladies were welcoming and friendly! The hygienist Trisha walked me through every step of the deep cleaning I recieved. She was gentle and reassuring. Best dental hygenist I have ever been to. The assistant Katie is absolutely wonderful, she made x-rays a breeze, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. B was very kind and friendly. 10/10 Highly recommend! This is the place to go for dental treatment.

I came to this office hoping to find a wonderful experience and let me tell you I’m so thankful that this group is here. Soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Teresa. She found my appointment and had me checked in super quick thanked me for filling out my paperwork online. I was then quickly greeted by Sara. Words cannot describe how AMAZING she was! So was so kind and so sweet through the whole process. She took me back and done my X-rays and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She such a great people person and we talked the whole time I was there. She introduced me to everyone that came into the room. I felt very involved at a dentist office for the first time. The dentist I saw was Adam Battaglia and I can say he is so Great! So so personable and actually cares about his patients. He did a full work up and got an action plan on what I need to have done. He is super efficient and knows what he is doing. I then met with Teresa again and she went over my insurance and how much things would cost. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything! Sara of course was with me the whole time talking to me making feel so welcome and comfortable. I then got my cleaning done and Sara did the first portion and was of course AMAZING. I then got to meet the hygienist Trisha. Also know as “Dexter” (And if you don’t know what the show is please watch it it’s good I promise) She was so much fun and happy to be there! Once she finished I then met back up with Teresa and she gave me all my insurance paperwork on how much stuff in the future would cost and a free sample pack of dental supplies! Adam came up to the front and thanked me for coming in to them and hope I had a wonderful experience. They knew I didn’t have a good time at my last dentist office which was Aspen Dental and this group has far exceeded my expectations and I will always continue to come here. If your looking or even thinking about switching to a dentist office I highly recommend you come see them cause I have no doubt that you’ll make them your new place to go :)
