The check engine light came on in my car last night, Saturday March 2, so I ran it down to this Auto Zone. The 2 gentlemen working were busy but very nice and got me taken care of an on my way. Thank you for your kindness and quick service.

Just left Auto Zone for oil. The clerk James was AMAZING. I didn't have to preempt him for information he offered and was willing to help. He even put it in the car and told me how much my engine holds. Not only that he ran my codes and priced the part I needed. Great service and extremely thorough and thoughtful!

Peter Murphy did an amazing job installing my battery and spoke to me throughout the entire process. He was very patient and had excellent customer service. Peter, thank you so much!

I just drove in for a battery test. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us replace the battery. employees seemed very knowledgeable and nice.

I drove my SUV in with the engine making a horrible noise. I was 4 hours away from home. He came out and listened for a bit and was so kind about what he thought it was, directed me down the road to the body shop. I had 5 people with me and we were all moms or kids lol, so we didn't have a clue what to do in this horrible situation !!! So grateful for his help . When my husband and father in law went down to tow the car back a few days later , they also just so happened to go into this store and James remembered me :)

My husband and I were having battery troubles. Nice woman named Jo came out and tested our battery. Found out that we needed it replaced, even tho they were very busy, we were in and out within 20 minutes. We will recommended Autozone to our Family and we will definitely b back.

My husband and I had 5 star service at this particular Autozone in University City. Jo and Luke gave us outstanding service tonight. Our battery died and they checked it and replaced it quickly and we were on our way in no time. Thanks again Jo and Luke, it’s nice to get great customer service when you need it!

Just had a fabulous experience here! I was on a trip and my battery decided to die right when I got back. I managed to get to the Autozone and even though it was already after sunset they helped me change it. I appreciated the help and service and highly recommend them!

I got there and it didn’t take the man who diagnosed my car 5mins to give me answers. I was so thankful to him because he made it easy for me to visit the dealership for services and repairs since I found out the error codes.

I visited 3 AutoZone this day before coming here. I needed a replacement battery that I bought brand new from the auto zone in late 2020 that all of the auto zones were out of. There were two beautiful employees that went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a battery for my truck. One Employee name was Jaie who may have been the MOD. When I arrived she was fighting with another customer's battery during a side post-install in 90-degree temps lol now that takes dedication. Keep up the good work Girls ✊💯🔧

Me and my husband had outstanding service from the young lady Johanna. We were sold the wrong parts at one store , we told her what we needed and She made that she got us what we needed . Outstanding customer service!
