Circle K

This gas station is located up the street from me here in Glorious University City.....I go inside pay for gas or buy snacks......I was there 4/9/2020 around 7 pm Sharp the light skin mix female attendant was extremely professional, friendly and greeted me with a warm goodbye and smile and thank me for bringing business.....I was blown away for the Impeccable Refined Ambience service.....Warm sincere greeting & Anticipating My Needs! Five Star Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Friendly Service! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The best time is to come in the morning the blonde headed guy is so nice and respectful he's always playing gospel music in the morning gets my day started

The people in this place are rude. I don't expect to be blown away by customers service but they genuinely make me feel like they don't want me there. I honestly only go here when Walgreens is closed or doesn't have my cigarettes. I don't see it lasting long with QT up the street.

They need to update their hours because they are NEVER open 24hrs. There will be a worker in there but they say they are closed until like 5 or 6 am.

So I would like to point out if you close at 3am until 430am you aren't really a 24 hour store.

The good news is they have an air pump. The bad news is it's broken.

I seriously try my best to avoid this Circle K. The service is usually immature and it’s at a busy corner.

I would give this place zero Stars if I could but they're never open says they're 24/7 that's a damn lie thank God there's a quick trip right down the street maybe it'll run them out of business

It's not 24hrs. Change the hour listing because it's not 24hrs.

This store is never open 24 hours. Which is super inconvenient because I manage a restaurant on the same street and sometimes like to stop for gas during my busy or late shifts including some of my delivery staff. Waste of time to go there and the lights be on but the doors are locked and nobody ever to be found and they do not answer the phone. They must lock the doors and hide over night so they get paid for nothing.

All I wanted was 20$ in gas. My receipt said 20$ but my bank statement said that they took 100$. I went back in to get it straightened out and the clerk pointed out a small hand written note saying something about a 55$ hold on funds off credit/debt cards. He said that if the funds aren't returned by tomorrow to come back smh. 2/25/20. I didn't bother to ask about the extra 25$. All I know is it better be back on there. That was my eletric bill money!

I see this is a regular thing at Circle K now for the doors to be locked after a certain time and no service. Its 1:30 am and again there are customers waiting to get things and gas but the doors are locked and nobody is answering the bell that is for customer service. There are quit a few gas stations along olive, maybe there should be a petition to remove it since no service can be provided 24 hours as stated!!
Poor Service..

So it's 12:29 am. Mind you this is a 24 hr. Circle k. So there. Are people at the door waiting to go in people at the pumpsand nobody inside coming to the door but there is this dude in a circle k uniform sweeping the parking lot. Not once did he inform anybody that"hey I'll be rite there" or nothing till I asked is there anyone inside he says no cause I'm sweeping. Mind you there around 5 cars waiting for gas and around 8 people wIti g to go inside. If you don't want to work the let someone else do your job and you stay home. And plus whenever I asked he told me as if I was disturbing him.

This gas station does not have a public restroom. Not to forget about the local natives harassing you for your spare change, I will never stop here again.
