had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service and exceptional leadership under the guidance of General Manager Roe at this Burger King location. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the atmosphere and efficiency of the restaurant. The staff seemed motivated and engaged, and it was clear that the positive energy trickled down from the GM.

Not only was the food delicious and served promptly, but the GM also went out of their way to ensure that every customer was satisfied. Their attention to detail and commitment to creating a welcoming environment truly stood out. It's not often that you come across a manager who is not only skilled in running a tight ship but also genuinely cares about the experience of every diner.

This particular Burger King location exceeded my expectations, thanks to the leadership of the General Manager. I highly recommend visiting this establishment if you're in search of a well-managed and customer-focused dining experience. Five stars all the way!

Went for a late night pregnancy craving and my meal was everything. Being pregnant I'm very picky and whoever made my food followed my specific details for my burger. The person at the windowgreeted me and made sure to give me extra sauce for my nuggets. The late night crew rocked

I went through the drive thru and my niece INSISTED on ordering for the whole car, she’s only 4 so we of course told her that would be fine! The General Manager Roe was working and she had so much patience while my niece was placing the order. At the window, she then congratulated her on her order and stated how beautiful she is and how she looks like a princess!! She made her day with such a simple and kind gesture. The food was hot and seemed to be made right to order! We got exactly what we ordered and more with the kindness! I don’t leave reviews very often, but we will remember her from our trip!! I wish the people in Vegas were this nice to us!! For fast food, this has to have been one of the most pleasant experiences. If you see this Miss Roe, THANK YOU!

I recently stopped here while driving from out of state and had an AMAZING experience. Roe was exceptionally amazing , she had a genuine conversation with me and overall turned a bad day upside down! I have never had a better fast food experience !

I have been to a lot of burger kings and this is by far the best one! Roe the GM is amazing and her customer service was top tier. The food was good and the lines were not long. If you want a good BK experience this is the location.

The cashier is helpful and pays attention to details. The $1.12 (with tax) juicy and delicious Whopper was as big as my hand! There are 10 people including myself relishing their Burger King meals!

This one is in Loughborough Commons. I like it but I don't think the staff is the fastest or most courteous. The parking lot is free with two handicapped parking spot s. The restrooms are handicapped accessible. I prefer the ten piece chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. I recently tried the all vegetable burger and it did taste like the Whopper.

I'm here in the drive thru at 1:57 pm June 27 2021. You know the "Help you" "Is that all" not paying attention and get mad because they got your order wrong? Not this sweet lady! How did she make my day better with just cheerfully taking my order. She needs to train the world on how to just be nice!

This is the first Burger King I have been to in a while and I must say they did not disappoint! My food was fresh and the service was quick! Great customer service and good food!

Went thru drive-thru and had coupon for a Double Cheese Burger meal. The coupon was for a small meal with was perfect, you know with small fries, and the small drink for only $3.99. Great deal for Burger King which is really a lil pricey seriously. But the coupon was in my 📬 so I did not have to mess with the app. Well letting you also know that the 🍔, 🍟 were fresh and 🔥!!!!! The service was very fast today..My was correct and the people were very friendly. I think the best part of my visit was that my French fries were extremely hot. I also like to thank for no for ketchup sandwich which was a special request very very happy.
