South County DCJR Service & Body Shop

We live a little over an hour away so I will admit I wasn't excited to have to travel all the way to south county for the repairs needed on both of our vehicles BUT we would gladly do it again! Cameron, in the body shop, was excellent!
She took, and made, numerous calls for us to make sure the repairs we needed were handled correctly and that the loaners we needed were managed well. We were in the loop the whole time and the repairs were handled with ease (seemingly).
We're super impressed with the entire experience, but especially with her-Thank you so much for the customer service experience, sincerely!

The service department at SOCO Dodge has yet again exceeded my expectations. Johnathon is the go to guy when it comes to getting it done. This guy is not only a professional when it comes to doing his job. He actually cares about how having your vehicle serviced will affect you and goes outta his way to make the experience go as smoothly as possible. So again Thanks Johnathon for another simple and speedy experience at South County Dodge. You are GOOD at what you do!!! I refuse to have my Challenger serviced anywhere but South County Dodge !! Service Department is the BEST Around .Your knowledge and hard work does not go unnoticed TOP SHELF!!!

We purchased our last 4 new cars from this dealership and always received great service from purchase to service to trade in and back to purchase. Super easy process for oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off my Jeep and it was finished well before the time I needed to pick it up. Really appreciated the text message updates.

Brought my truck in for work in the body shop. Had a remarkable experience with everyone involved. Work was done on time and very satisfied! You all will have my business for a very long time! Thank you to everyone in the body shop!

The day was a snowstorm was coming. I had an appointment for an oil change. I had an unexpected problem on the way home and had to return. DD Robinson got me back in and fixed quickly. So thankful for her help.

My service advisor was outstanding, informative,, friendly and professional. Ex[lained everything as it was to my car and the cost. Made me feel very comfortable and welcome.

This was only the 2nd time I visited this location. While it is under construction now, the update will be a welcome site. Kassie did a great job as my service underwriter, checking on things that were due, but not necessary at this time saving me some valuable dollars. In and out in a timely manner, and though the truck wasn't washed on site, I have a code to use for washes just up the street from the dealership.

Ryan did a great job at checking me in and informing of time. There was one detail that got overlooked and he took it upon himself to go out in the cold to put a valve cap on my tire. He went above and beyond. Thank you again Ryan. 😁

Everything was great. They took me in right away. They told me service would take 1 hour. 55 minutes later my vehicle was ready.

My service advisor was Thomas Childress. I had bought my jeep from Glendale, but after 2 bad experiences I decided to come to South County. I had met with Thomas 2 times when I brought it up and then again when I picked it up.He was very polite and explained everything from start to finish. After 2 days of having my vehicle he called with an update and told me when it would be ready. He was right. I will never go back to Glendale!!! As a courtesy Thomas made sure to have my jeep top adressed. I was having a hard time getting it on due to a bad back.

Brett is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly in the service department. And he respects my time when I wait for service. Very happy with my new tires also!

Went in for an oil change and general maintenance. Service was quick (I had an appointment) and very friendly. They even provided a complimentary shuttle to take me up to the sales office to wait since they are under renovation. My back really appreciated the ride.

The customer service at this dealership has been exceptional. From the Porters helping with parking and locating the service desk (the shop is undergoing a huge construction expansion) to the customer service reps allowing me to talk directly to the mechanic so that I could describe the electrical issues in detail. Plus the work was all covered under my extended warranty. I will continue to have both of my vehicles serviced at So County Dodge/RAM/Jeep.

Sara was able to get my vehicle in for an emergency repair before a long trip. Everything got fixed and got on the road with no worries

My car window was down a would not go back up an it was gonna rain any minute. I went to the dealer no appointment or anything. Mark the sales manger and Thomas were amazing they said they would at least get it up for me. They had the part in stock an just fixed it right then and there. I was so impressed and so very happy. had some minor damage on durango srt we needed fixed, they got us in when scheduled and sent pictures during the repair. The repair was done quickly and the car looked perfect when we picked it up. The detail job you guys did on the inside was a pleasant surprise, very good job.

They did a great job replacing, repairing, and painting the passenger side front door and related area on my 2008 Camry after it was T-boned in a parking lot. The work was done when they said it would be, it appears to have been done well, and they found some problems I did not even suspect existed. They also cleaned the car and left it looking better (not counting the repaired damage) than it did when I took it in. My particular thanks to Steve, to the reception desk staff, and to the workers who did the actual body work.

Dee Dee was the best to work with. Years past I was not fond of Dealer Services, but more recently I see a huge change for the better. I find dealer services to be customer oriented and pleasant. I do not get the feeling they are going to rip me off. Complements to South County Dodge...
