Our cushions turned out amazing. The fabric is beautiful, and the cushion foam is very firm and holds its shape well while still being comfortable. I think these will hold up well over time. Also, when I submitted my order and measurements, Nate was so helpful in ensuring my measurements were right for my space. If it wasn’t for him asking the right questions and making his suggestions, our cushions would not have fit right!! So I was very impressed with the customer service as well, since it made a big difference for us in how our cushions turned out. Thank you H&H! ❤

I wanted something to make my fireplace less dangerous for my baby grandson. I can’t believe I found something so beautiful and practical! The cushion was made to fit and it fits perfectly. It stays securely in place. It’s comfortable to sit on. The fabric is beautiful and I was able to pick from a great choice of colors. I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I had a custom bench installed that ended up with odd dimensions because the builder didn't follow my directions. I reached out to several cushion makers. Hearth and Home was much less expensive and much more responsive than the others. They went the extra mile to make sure my custom cushion would fit before they made what would be an un-returnable item. The final product was early, as described, and looks professional. Also, it's comfortable.
I could not be happier with this service and would recommend them to anyone.

Custom window seat cover arrived right on time and I’m tickled it fits perfectly and is gorgeous! We searched high and low looking for a reasonable price with quality cushion and found Hearth & Home. We scored big time! I seriously cannot believe how perfect this cushion is for our window seat. I’ve ordered cushions thru the internet at other stores and they never fit right or the quality is low grade. If you are on the fence about ordering from H&H I wouldn’t hesitate. From the ease of online ordering to color choice to on time delivery and great packaging I couldn’t be happier.

I ordered 2 custom mud room cushions for our new home. They worked with me to design them perfectly. I received them yesterday and they exceeded all my expectations. They are beautiful, quality workmanship and they fit perfectly. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

The mattress was constructed to perfection. This business does everything they promise and more. There is no question I will do business with them again, this is my go to place for custom mattress and cushions in the future.

Their handmade products are incredible. I had the chance to watch them french tuft a custom cushion that was like 8 feet long - you just can't find that style of craftsmanship anymore.

Beware, you are NOT able to wash these cushions/covers without destroying them. Just sharing my experience with this company's product for others to consider.
We purchased custom cushions for our kitchen bench. They were fine to begin with (albeit expensive), but at one point we spilled food on one of them and hand-washed a spot about 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft on the cover to remove the stain. We let it air-dry outside and it shrank significantly (about 30%) and we could no longer fit the cushion inside; see picture below. After weeks of trying to get someone at Hearth & Home to respond, they admitted it shouldn't have shrunk like that, but ultimately told us our only option is to pay $200 to get a new cover. 2.5 months later we finally got a new cover.
Just not a good experience overall that you can't even hand-wash a spot off of a cushion cover without destroying it.
