I always feared the aftermath of being in an accident because I’ve heard so many horror stories of people dealing with body shops, however I can say that was definitely not the case working with Mertz.
Gary and Kerri communicated everything throughout the process extremely well and got my vehicle back into my hands in a timely manner despite a few parts being back ordered. (Which was impressive given the state of the parts market at the time)

MERTZ did a great job with my wife's vehicle. It looked even better than expected.

MERTZ did struggle a bit with communication and the time-frame estimation for the repairs was way off. But, there were some extenuating circumstances with illness and being short-staffed that definitely got in the way. Our insurance company even remarked that they usually did not have such issues.

All-in-all, they did a great job and we are satisfied. We would definitely go back in the future if needed - but hopefully not, lol.

Great experience, professional employees. No run around body shop. They deal directly with insurance company if needed. Received my Buick back on time and in great repair. Will update once my wife's Chevy gets fixed!

What do you do when your dad retires and runs away from home and you need body work? GO TO MERTZ! They do amazing work, deal with insurance for you and they are friendly. You can tell its a family business and thats how I felt I was treated. Like family.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had our car repaired here after being rear ended at the airport. Carrie and everyone else at Mertz was SO wonderful to work with! They went above and beyond to make sure our car was fixed and back to normal. I will continue to bring my cars here for body work if needed!

My Jeep suffered extensive hail damage and Mertz was amazing during this time! Supply chain was hard to deal with but Gary and Carrie did not give up until they got the part that was needed! This is a great shop and I will be using them moving forward. Highly recommend to anyone to take their car to Mertz! Thank you to the Mertz team, you are the best!

My car receive pretty bad hail damage. They were super quick about repairing the damages, and communicating with my insurance and the rental company. Carrie was super helpful in making sure I received the best care for my car, and was super nice! I will for sure be coming back for any help I need with my cars!

Amazing work!! Carrie and Gary were great to work with and explained the process. Had a vehicle that was border line totaled to coming out looking new. I'm extremely grateful and would highly recommend them!!

Honestly enjoyed working with Mertz. The reception lady was a sweetheart! I never got the guys name at the desk but he's an outgoing guy. They did good work on my car as well. They worked with me well. I will 100% go here again

I was referred to this business by Jim Butler Chevrolet. I had trouble getting an appointment for an estimate from other body shops but this location got me right in without a lot of run around. They were very friendly and helpful and got me what I needed. I haven't had them do the body work yet but from what I've seen so far I feel confident that they would do a good job for me. My interaction today was very engaging and professional. I liked what I saw.

Everyone was extremely nice here and fair priced. We ended up just paying out of pocket. Quick service and everything looks amazing. My car was clean when returned to me too.

We haven't had any work done on our car yet - still waiting on insurance - but they were very helpful in putting together an estimate for us. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgable. We will definitely use their services when the time comes.

This company is excellent. We found out about them from our neighbor in Wildwood. He had his BMW hail damage repaired here. The result was excellent and reasonably priced. We have taken two cars here now, one for hail damage and another for hitting a deer. Both repairs were excellent. No issues. I'm confident that if there were issues, they would have taken care of it without question.
We are taking my son's car there today for an estimate after he was rear ended. I expect it will be a great experience.

I needed a mirror with a camera replaced, I needed another mirror touched up and Mertz did a beautiful job absolutely great! When I got in the car and started it up I checked the camera and it did not fully function. After just a few minutes, not only did Mertz identify the issue but they also identified the solution and quickly corrected it. This is definitely an amazing business with strong customer service and even greater technical skills. I recommend it for anybody!

Mertz Auto Body recently helped me out with 2 cars. The first was a hail damage and rust repair. I went in expecting a big ticket repair and was pleasantly surprised by the great price and the step by step details of what needed to be done. Then when I recently was hit in a parking lot in my other car, I simply took my insurance claim in to Mertz and they took it from there. I was amazed at how great of a job they did (and how clean my car was when I picked it up). Fantastic service from beginning to end. I highly recommend Mertz Auto Body!

I cannot recommended Mertz Auto Body, Inc enough!! After my car was wrecked due to icy road conditions there was lots of $$$$ in damage. Mertz took the time to make sure my car looked way better than it did before I BOUGHT it. I thought I was going to have to buy all the aftermarket stuff we put on it again but Mertz went back and forth with our insurance to pay for it. I also have a not so common paint color that proved to be a pain in the butt to match. They took their time and tried well over 10 shades to get it just right before they got started with the paint. Mertz took amazing care of us and went above and beyond. Even threw in some extras for us. If you need any body or paint work done, this is the place to go!!
