Doctor John's Lingerie and Novelty Boutique

this past week I was in looking for some lingerie for a boudoir shoot i was doing and the manager helped me pick out some really lovely sets!! they had wonderful recommendations and everything looked so good! plus they were incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the product available. will definitely be going back!

Woman was very helpful and nice there. I had exchanged something with ease.

I took my friend here to help her explore her wild side, and was delighted by the employee there and how much they knew about what they were selling, as well as offering personal opinions and advice. They've got a wide variety of toys for men and women, a great selection of DVDs and lingerie, as well as novelty party merchandise.
If you're in the area and looking to spice things up, explore some new angles, or just wanna feel good in some good lingerie, I'd definitely recommend stopping by. If you let them know it's your first time in there, they'll be more than happy to help you find something you won't regret buying!

I came back again today for my second time there this month, and was helped by the same girl the second time, Paige. The first time was such a great experience that I wanted to review but the second time was even better so I wanted to actually write a review out this time. She is the perfect example of expert customer service. We had a lovely conversation the first time about my circumstance and the reason I was in there for a certain product. She had more than enough knowledge of the products I would want and need. When I came back today, she remembered EVERYTHING and even asked how I was doing. I’m sure she sees hundreds of people so for her to remember our conversation from my previous time there was extremely comforting. I have never felt so valued at a business before. I felt seen, heard and remembered. Excellent way to do business, and I bet you all are happy to have her as a part of your team. Thank you Paige for the WONDERFUL experience. Never have I walked out of a business satisfied AND With a new friend.

P.S. she is absolutely beautiful! Carries herself in such a graceful manner. Reminds me a lot of me as a young woman.

I was there tonight. First time. Got referred from a friend. The lady that worked tonight wore all black and was a middle age woman! So extremely nice and knowledgeable. I dnt think I got her name. But she was so friendly and since I wanted to try new thing to spark my love life. She helped see options on dif styles. I felt a lil uncomfortable asking about some things. Even told her “ I’m sure u get wierd questions a lot so..” and I will def go back since the prices were reasonable! Nice selections and nice a variety of dif things all in one place. Doctor Johns was a seamless, comfortable experience & they had amazing customer service! They also had a very wide selection of merchandise to choose from. I love being offered a loyalty member discount as well. I felt 100% judgement free there, & the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Gwen did absolute elite customer service for my partner & I today to help search what we were looking for. I will definitely be returning!

Harleigh was fun to talk to and super helpful! She brought me a couple different sizes of bras back to the dressing room to try! They had so much stuff to look at and lots really cute lingerie!

I was helped by one of the BEST customer service people in a long time. Not only did she explain everything on items I was thinking about, she suggested one I hadn't even imagined was out there! I got it and love it! Thanks Paige, I will definitely be back.

I usually have pretty good customer service here...However my most recent visit was exceptional customer service from Gwendolyn...She brought it to my attention that everything on clearance was an additional % off, therefore I didn't have the decide between 2 but was able to get both..Any question I had was explained to the fullest & plain & simple one if my best experiences...Thank you Gwendolyn

Dr. John's is amazing place. I actually worked at Dr. John's in 1997 and it was the best job ever. John himself is the most amazing, caring, friendly, good hearted, guy. His family makes u feel like family. John and his family are the best people anyone could ask for. I actually met my daughter's father at Dr. John's and we where together 13+ yrs. He actually worked there before. I did as a silk screener and I worked selling the merchandise. John and my daughter's dad had a very close and amazing relationship even though my daughter's dad gave a run for his money a bunch of times but John never gave up on BUBBA. Oh BUBBA passed away in 2012 of cancer. He was the love of my life and I have Dr. John's to thank for bringing me and him together. Way to go john on fighting every step of the way and never giving up on the stores. U have amazing business keep it going. Love u and the family

This location didn’t have what I needed but Mega was awesome in helping me find several substitutes. Her customer service is outstanding. She is definitely an asset to this company. Will definitely come back.

Ashley at your Doctor Johns is amazing customer service; no pressure but extremely help when you ask her anything!! Love her suggestions with no judgement! Every purchase I’ve made is because of her!
