Leslie is a wonderful store manager. As a former Hospitality Administration Professional Expert, Cornell Graduate, Coffee Enthusiast and a former Barista.I appreciate the way she works with her Team and seems to care about them. Shay, always remembers myself, as well as my Husband (even though he is not a coffee drinker.) I have noticed through out the time that I spend there how well she remembers people and that is a wonderful feature for such a busy establishment! The entire Team works so well together and while I don’t know all of their names, I have never had a bad experience and I frequent the establishment almost every day before and sometimes after work (or both) and I tend to spend a few hours there at a time.

The barista took the time to answer all of my questions and even made the awesome suggestion of the blonde espresso in my Apple Crisp Oat Milk Iced . At some Starbucks the staff do not seem to have time for that. A++ in my quick stop on travels !

I ordered 2 holiday drinks in drive thru. The cashier was very friendly and made me laugh a few times, I have to give her props considering it was 9 at night. In her own way, she made me feel good about pronouncing a certain drink name, Bruele. Thanks Caroline (sorry if I misspelled your name). Please let her know what a great job she is doing, keep it up girl!!!!

Busy place at fish hour times. Drive thru is a tight squeeze.

Amazing food and coffee. A good place to hangout or just sit and relax.

I really enjoyed working from this Starbucks, not super packed in the morning so not to noisy which is perfect for working. Made my order quickly and the drinks and food were all great.!

I've only been here as a Door Dasher. So far, every single person has been super friendly. Every one is hustling to get orders out.

This is my spot! The baristas at this location are the bomb.com! Love these folks and their fast efficient work. There can be a line of 20 cars and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Then when I get to the window, it's nothing but pleasantries and smiles. Literally brighter days because if the positivity that radiates from this location. Thank you all for what you do, it's not just coffee it's the amazing people that keep bringing me back!!

Love the staff here, they are always very friendly and in a happy mood. It is probably the only place where I ve been going to for years and never was given the wrong order or had issues with my order. The line is usually about 8-10 earlier in the day but not in the morning.

Employees have always been very polite. Very busy location but never have to wait to long. Line through drive thru moves quick quickly. I have recently started using the Starbucks app with Starbucks gift card and that speeds things up TREMENDOUSLY!

Lana went above and beyond for me! Gave me so many recommendations on drinks she thinks I would like! I would absolutely come back if she was still here!! P.s she makes drinks better than the manager so do what you want with that information:)

Giving this location a five starts with a caveat that would drop it to a couple. The staff here is always super great, anytime they are out of something they help me find an alternative. They move their line right along, which is saying something with how busy they seem to always be. I have never had a drink messed up. When the inside is open it’s always clean, the outside cafe is great, a little noisy due to the location but that’s not their fault.

The issue I have here is that the app always says they are out of nitro and most cold brews. When I order at the drive thru they almost always have it but that app almost always says it’s out of stock. I am not sure if that’s on this location or a fault of the Starbucks app. I would love to order ahead and skip the line, but can’t get my favorite drink that way. If that’s a fault of this location I would drop it to a 4 or 3 star. I am guessing it’s an app problem. It’s a feature that I really like and wish this location had since the one on Lindbergh rarely gets my order right and the staff isn’t as pleasant and the other location in Arnold doesn’t have Nitro.

this is my home Starbucks and i love it. i literally go every morning for an iced coffee with milk. i enjoy recognizing the baristas who have worked there for a while even though i don't like to stop and chat. they always do a great job, and even if i need adjustments made to my drink, they're very kind and treat all the customers very well. i feel so bad seeing how stressed they look because this Starbucks is ALWAYS busy. i hope corporate starts valuing their employees properly and takes care of them better.

I just love the staff at this place. They know me by name every time I walk into the place and know exactly what I drink and always have it ready when I order ahead. Timing is impeccable, my drink is not melted sitting there for awhile like some of the other places.

They forgot to start my pour over while I was in drive thru but their attitude towards missing it was fantastic. I didn't even have to have anything for free just to have a good attitude towards mistakes!! The two ladies that helped me...you're fantastic! Thanks for the great service and don't get too overwhelmed with the busyness of life and work!

Fast service great coffee

I cant get enough of this location. Staff is wonderful. I usually never have to wait long! They make you feel like your dropping by a friends house to catch up and chat, not just order coffee, pay, and leave

I frequented this Starbucks all week long being out of state from Las Vegas. The staff was friendly efficient and very helpful.even with the long line it went very quickly and the wait time was almost non-existent they're pretty fast... Which was awesome as I was expecting at least a 5 to 10 minute wait.
