Been a patient of Dr. Justin Hugo in this practice for many years. I have never had a complaint about the office staff, the nurses or this doctor. Everyone is polite, friendly, efficient and professional. I an pleased to give them 5 stars.

Mark Rickmeyer will be missed. I liked his frank and honest directions. All of the referrals were top notch and greatly appreciated. Enjoy your retirement!

Dr Hugo is my primary doctor. Stephanie , the physician assistant, is who I see most of the time, and usually on very short notice, is absolutely awesome. I have never received this level of care from any other doctor's office. Ever. Stephanie is never in a rush with her questions and examination. Besides being seemingly kind and caring, she always covers every detail and makes sure every possible option is reviewed. She even contacted (and scolded...) another specialist once to help me get a refill I needed, which they initially denied me. My latest visit with Stephanie (and because of the initial 1-star review below mine) compelled me to write a review, but this could also apply very well to Dr. Hugo, who has been our doctor for some years now. Dr. Hugo is also my elderly mother's physician. Every time she sees him, she always has to tell me how great he is.

My late husband and I started going to Dr. Hugo when he first opened his practice around 20 years ago or so. We got our son going to him. I started back with him when I moved back to St. Louis after the death of my husband. He's going a great doctor, very caring and compassionate.

Outstanding service. Love this office. Little to no wait, pleasant and courteous!

They changed my appointment because they double booked or something, made it later, and are STILL late. It would be super if doctors umderstood that their patient's time is also important. And 4 people who arrived after me have gone before. BUT I really like the nurse practitioner.

1Star. Forgot what Dr. Hugo looked like. Saw his physicians assistant for those 10 years (4stars). I never realized how good a family medical practice could be until I changed to a new Doctor. What an improvement! Try another practice.

Front of office extremely unprofessional nurses were acceptable Justin Hugo I could not pick him out of a lineup he was my doctor are supposed to be for almost 4 years I saw him twice always a physicians assistant. I have since left this lack of practice And have tried on three separate occasions to have my files transferred to the new doctor two absolutely no satisfaction so I am going to have my attorney follow up on this and litigate if necessary beware

I went into drop off a request for my medical records, was literally escorted out of the office by the office manager as she kept informing about the office policy and disability forms, she then tried to pull my arm. I was left with disgust and disbelief. Mind you I called the administrative office and was told to walk the Medical request form in person. Worse office staff!

Try to get your prescription refilled and they deny it. Tried to schedule an appointment with one of the doctors, they won’t let you. Won’t answer the phone when you call. I’ve been a patient for 8 years-never carry a balance and this is the treatment they give.

Fairly new to the area and looking for a new PCP.
Seeing these reviews, I CERTAINLY WONT BE calling this office!! Jeez
You may want to pay attention to your reviews office manager person!!!!

I had to give them one star because zero wasn’t a choice. The office is absolutely horrible! Stay away!!!
