Beautiful, always quiet and peaceful. There's a sand beach but no swimming, current looks swift.

What can I say? My husband served in the US Navy up in the Seattle/Silverdale area for 8 years. Had both of our children up there. Moved down here when he decided to get out, as he is from Jefferson county. Both my kids were toddlers when we moved down here back in 2012... they grew up in this park and 60 other parks around town. When we got here, my very outdoorsy hubby bought us the book '60 Hikes within 60 Miles' within the St. Louis area. Before he passed away on August 1st, 2023, we had finished 75% of that book, and this park was where it began. Thank you St. Louis Parks and Recreation for giving us our greatest adventures.

Beautiful parks, one right by river. Another has a tree you can climb inside

This park is incredible! It features multiple playgrounds, picnic tables, walking/biking trails that curve along the river with numerous outlook spots, & a soccer field. This is a great place to bring your family! Dog friendly, with leashes needed at all times. My favorite part of the park is a large tree you can go inside of! It is so magical!!!

The park is BEAUTIFUL! Must have renovated since last time I was here. Right near a river with a couple places to look out. Great view! Many well paved Plath's to follow. One branches under the main road, which I find neat. There's a trail that leads directly away along the river and as you follow it the gentle hum of the cars slowly fades away... it's a very pretty experience! Many playgrounds are scattered about. Can't help but think it'd be a great place to take your kids. Play a bit, walk bit, play a bit, walk.

One of my favorite historical sites! This beautiful bridge is a favorite for wedding and family pictures. In the summer the clear clean water is a favorite to locals. I always bring my out of town guests to see and learn about our rich heritage here in Missouri.

Easily one of my favorite kayak launch spots on the lower Meramec. If you cruise upstream, right before you reach highway 44 overpass, there is a super fun eddy, current to play on that lasts for a few hundred feet. It's way more exciting to play around in during low water, as the channel overtops the rocky banks in higher water and the stream becomes larger and slower overall... If you cruise downstream you'll reach George Winter Park, another amazing Meramec access point!

Very beautiful park! Plenty of open space was well as trails. Lovely in all of the seasons. Easy access to the water for fishing or watching the waves amazing place to just be at peace.

Nice small park for little kids. It has a nice view of the meramec river. I didn't find a water fountain or a sink.

One of the best, if not the best bike riding trails around. Something for everyone. Connects with George Winter Park through Bridge trail. Able to get to Fenton Park also.
Love going here!!

Lots of parking lots, so you shouldn't have an issue finding a place to stash your vehicle while you're visiting. The 'standard' loop on All Trails is about 3.25-3.5 miles. You can make it shorter or longer with the various connectors and so forth. There are a couple playgrounds in or near the park, in addition to some ball fields (soccer, base/softball) as well as what appears to be an R/C track. There are a couple restrooms available, as well, though likely only open in non-zombie-apocalypse or non-winter seasons. ;)

Great park! Everything you need at a park is here. Three play grounds, walkng trails through the whole park and along the river, great views, picnic tables and areas, and three soccer fields. We liked the river walk the best.

Quiet little park with walking/biking trails that are next to the river. They have benches and dog cleanup stations throughout. A few playgrounds and several pavilions. They also have a soccer field. One of my favorite local parks.

This place is just the place for walking, jogging, and riding your bike. For a night walk with your mate or by-yourself. There is always a police presence, which I love. I ask if you visit Minnie Ha Ha Park, I'm asking you to leave it the way you found it quit, family friendly, age friendly, and animal friendly and clean. Peaceful
