CSL Plasma

I know this is gonna sound forced, or like it's some form of coerced lip-service, but seriously, I have donated at different places unrelated to CSL in the past. Believe me when I say, at least for this location, it really is a great place to donate plasma. The staff is friendly and helpful, personable and good-humoured. Instructions and rewards are explained clearly, and the staff really is knowledgeable and encourages questions and concerns. For absolute real, if you're looking to start donating plasma, go to CSL.

Never once have had a bad experience, I've been going to CSL for almost 9 ish months, and every single visit has been pleasant, and EVERY SINGLE STAFF treat me like family, go in on a bad day, and it will get better, every one smiles at you, and they make sure that your comfortable, shout out to Mr. Perry ( I hope that's his name) as well as the big gentleman with the pink hair!!! Always chill. Freaking LOVE IT HERE!!!!

Love coming here. Colleen is my favorite screener and she is so nice and quick. In the back they are very professional, I have a couple people who know how to stick my arm very well, and they don't mind taking their time to meet my needs. Been going for 7 years and can't wait to continue.

Hi I'm writing this review for Michele and Elkai. Give these two a promotion!!! They always have a genuine small and intelligent small talk to share. They both stand out and above all of their peers!!!

They are really amazing and are my peeps. All the guys and ladies that assist are really personable and down to earth. They create a level of comfort that eases the whole process. This is a team, and I enjoy their company while I’m being assisted. I have to do a shout out to their employee Atlantis, because she begged me to and she is one of my top 4 favs there so dropping good vibes and love. Thank you CSL Plasma for this experience and love. I had a great experience with CSL! My first visit was on a Saturday, but I was able to go through the entire process (onboarding, physical, and plasma donation) pretty quickly. I also enjoy the positive atmosphere- the facility is clean, their rewards are great, and the staff are friendly. Drink your water and eat healthy meals, and you’ll be good to go!

Great place to go when you need some extra cash. Process is quick and efficient with fast and friendly service. Try to arrive in the morning or evening for quicker wait times.

I’ve been here multiple times & the staff are always great!! They always make sure that you’re feeling okay during the donation & im usually out of there within 30 minutes! 😁

The entire staff goes above and beyond when it comes to their donors. Fun fact but their app even allows you to see how many people your donations have helped etc.

If you are a new or returning doner, Katie B is one of the best stickers! I am a red doner and get deferred alot. I haven't been deferred for not getting red cells back when she sticks!
