I've been multiple times and service is never great, but the last time the owner was very rude and just wanted to argue. Didn't want to take a dewalt tool for warranty even though they are an authorized warranty center. Owner says I should not try to have dewalt warranty a tool within the warranty period because I use it for work and I shouldn't expect it to last that long...Dewalt set the warranty period (not me) and sells their tools for commercial use ...apparently they expect them to last at least for the warranty period.
I tried to buy tools several times from JC, but they never have much in stock and the prices are high. After the poor service and rude treatment I wont go back.
