Always have a good experience - line is never too long, staff is friendly and patient, and often very helpful! I’ve done my passports here, and all typical post office needs. Grateful to have a great local usps so close to home!

Tamika was wonderful. It was a very busy Saturday where she was the only person working and the only person doing passports. She did a wonderful job making sure she was being efficient as possible while moving as quickly as she could.

What a pleasant experience turning in passport paperwork. My wife and I went in with what we thought was everything completed..we hadn't read the part where it said use black ink only the Postal officer helping us promptly provided us with new forms and black ink pens to fill out and said we could just fill them out there and she'd take care of us when we re-did them. So we were in there for a bit refilling out the forms, many people came and went and all the employees were so pleasant and personable with everyone. It's not the closest post office to me , but if I ever an issue with USPS or need something taken care of that I can't do online or on my own I will make the trip out there : )

Went with my brothers to do our passport forms and the lady that helped us was so kind and friendly! All the ladies working were just so kind and I couldn't help but notice. A little bit of kindness goes a long way in this world. 🤙

Today I saw my local Postal Carrier delivering the mail on foot instead of the usual truck. This is February 2nd 2022 and there is a layer of ice on streets. I suppose he was concerned about getting the vehicle stuck on our street, so he was delivering on foot and actually jogging to each mailbox. (He must have been wearing cleats of some kind.). He had a route to complete and was not wasting time even though he had to do it on foot.

God bless OUR Postal Service and their efforts. They are short-staffed and overworked, and don't get the credit they deserve. Rock on, USPS.

We all know that going to the post office is unpleasant. Therefore, I have low expectations for any trip to any post office. This location is better than any other in the area, and staff is usually friendly. Packages are processed quickly, and large blue boxes outside are emptied on time.

I have been coming to this post office almost daily for the past 2 years and have had excellent and friendly service every single time I'm there. All of the ladies who work there are so helpful and kind and answer all of my questions and help me anytime I need it. I have never had a bad experience at this location. The self-serve area is a nice option for those that need it. 5-star experience every time!

Went in around lunchtime, there was no line. The employee answered all the questions we had and provided some tips about mailing our packages. Happy to support my local post office!

Is anyone aware of a direct telephone number for this location? I am expecting a delivery today and live in a cul de sac where I see three large yellow utility trucks parked at the curb in the circle. As a rule, if the boxes are blocked by a vehicle, mail will not be delivered. It is imperative that I receive this letter today and I'd like to discuss with the employees to clarify what I might expect. And FWIW, I've really never had an extraordinary wait or difficult experience at this location. Please and thanks for any assistance!

A little out of the way for me. But I go there because they are friendly. I've been to the other post offices and well, not so much. I don't like to complain, but I give credit where it's earned. Thank You Postal People of Telegraph!

I'm not sure what is with all the rude reviewa but I have been to this post office before and was never treated rudely. My questions were answered and they helped me with my issues that I had. All 5 stars from Me !!

I have been going to this post office for a long time and they have always been nice and courteous. They work quickly and are always happy to help you out. Great location!

If you want something done right and talk with a very friendly person at the Telegraph location ask for Dawn. She got to the bottom of the issue and had it resolved within minutes. Thanks
