Steve Misuraca Allstate in Valley Park Mo has been our agent since the early 1980s.
They take care of our homes autos, boats trailers, etc.

Always had great experiences with them. One time I blew a tire a few miles from the office and called to see how to use my roadside. Steve showed up with a jack on the side of I-44 about 5 minutes later and saved me a lot of time I otherwise would have been waiting. It's definitely worth insuring with an actual agent and this one really works for you.

Steve has been my agent for some ten years now, seeing my family through multiple accidents, vehicle and home purchases, a divorce, new drivers, you name it! He and his team offer exemplary customer service and have always taken great care of us. You just can’t put a price on friendly, knowledgable, available human beings.

Here is a quick story to tell ...my wife's package and my package that I ordered from eBay accidentally got dropped off at this business. Mr. And Mrs . I have been using Steven Misuraca for years. He inherited my account from a former insurance agent. His responsiveness is next level stuff. Recently I needed to add a four wheeler to my policy. I was at a private campground and they would not let me through the gate without the insurance. Steven had it insured with all forms emailed to me within the hour! His dedication and helpfulness are much appreciated!

She always has the answer to any questions I have and if she doesn’t right then she finds out and is prompt on getting back with me with the answer. Before I could do auto pay I would tend to forget to pay my bill on time.. Jill asked if It would help if she called to remind me before my bill was due and she did every month!
