The Pavilion

Last minute getaway before school started. Literally down the block from boardwalk entrance. Safe, convenient location. On site parking. Heated pool. Remodeled bathrooms. Rooms were clean and quiet. Employees were friendly. Would go again.

I stayed here last summer& my family is planning another trip in August for 5 days. This motel is literally 1 or 2 blocks from the boardwalk. And the area of the boardwalk is right in between both piers which is great and convenient. The room was clean, nice beds, internet, great bathroom. Our room service was nice and provided any extra needs we had. There is a café right at the motel, however last summer it was closed due to the pandemic, this year I'm excited to try it out. The pool isn't huge but its nice and clean. My mother has health issues which makes it hard for her to walk, right across the street is a bike rental shop! And they also rent scooters for the whole day! Free parking, free beach tags, friendly service, no one bothers you, outside patio sets that are great for lunch or for smokers.
I personally enjoyed this spot very much, I'm hoping for another great experience.

Listen, this place isn’t the fanciest place ever. The location, the pool, and the price are enough for me. You can walk everywhere you need to go and leave your car parked while you stay. The pool is a great size, deep, and the perfect temperature. They’ve done some updates to the rooms too. I’ve grown up coming here. I’ve spent many summers here throughout my life.

Over a month ago, my BF and I needed to get away before summer was over. We found availability at The Pavilion last minute. I lost my Tiffany bracelet somewhere at this hotel. Today, I received a package from The Pavilion with my bracelet! Can you believe it!! I would like to personally thank the individual who returned it to the office. I hope your kindness is returned to you one day! Thank you all for a very nice stay and something so amazing!

I LOVE this place. It's a family owned motel-hotel. The management really cares about your stay here. There are so many varieties of rooms here, something for everyone. There are rooms with large sun patios and rooms with catwalks that my kids adore.
They have a great breakfast restaurant on site.
I had a problem with teenage smokers taking my outdoor chairs & puffing their smoke into my room and the management took quick care of the problem.
I hope people will patronize this little treasure of a resort.

We stay in one of their two bedroom apartments every summer during the 3rd week of June. Always have had a great time. Staff is helpful and the pool is clean. Parking is tight but that doesn't deter us. Love our balcony/porch we have to sit out on in the mornings and evenings. Beach block so we are walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Love it and have made many great memories here!

I absolutely love this motel. Its clean and the staff are friendly. The pool is heated and not always jam packed people, they have showers out back to hose off the beach sand. And the food in the attached restaurant is to die for. Oh and its a half block from beach and boardwalk with a great price. You really can't go wrong in staying here.

Staff was very friendly! The boardwalk and beach were 5 mins away, across the street is a bike rental shop and numerous restaurants within a block. Heated pool comfy and clean rooms. Alittle more $$ then i planned to spend for the holiday weekend, but all things considered; my son and I loved our stay!!!!

Very close to the boardwalk. Parking was tight but they had run over parking available across the street. Staff is very friendly. Did not use the pool but a lot of people did. It looked very nice and clean. Rooms were good and clean, it isn't the ceasers but it was a place to sleep after a long day at the beach. Only down fall was a lot of places around closed for the season so had to travel to get dinner. But that's not the lodges fault.

The hotel was cool and they had a microwave. I didn’t even know they had a microwave. I could microwave my food that’s insane.

This is a local gem located walking distance from the board walk with no need to cross any streets. The parking was great and the pool was clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I wonder if they will have a continental buffet soon.

Although not a place where it is comfortable to hang out on a rainy day, it is delightful in terms of the pool and distance to the boardwalk. Its distance to the boardwalk makes it easy to stay on the boardwalk late and not have to rush to the beach. And the Pavilion's closest boardwalk entrance is right next to the Wonderland Amusement Park and Water Park. There is also a food court to get dinner or lunch and an arcade. Also, the ferry business is right there, and I suggest riding to get breakfast in the morning. If you have kids, this is great as the rooms are close together and is easy to get in and out of.

We had the best time ! Loved the location walking distance to the boardwalk. Rooms were well cleaned! The heated pool was AWESOME ! 5☆+

Nicole had excellent customer service skills. We had to make an immediate change from another hotel due to electrical problems Our room was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Can't beat the convenience of this hotel to the main stretch of the Ocean City boardwalk. Room isn't fancy, but it's fine. Pool is small, but refreshing. Free parking close to the beach.

We took all 4 of our grandchildren, we had a great time. Our room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the pool was great

Clean, friendly staff, pool was clean and comfortable, 1 block from beach, complimentary beach tags, Jada at the check in was awesome, been coming here for years and plan to come back soon

Great place to stay a stone's throw from the beach. Good rates and clean rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to The Pavilion for several years and many of my family and friends also stay here and love it as much as we do! Great location, nice pool, restaurant and the staff is always accommodating ! Thank you for the great memories

It's a very nice place to stay the swimming pool is great the room's are great the employees are great and kind I would stay there every time I come to ocean city my wife and I love it there .come and stay you will love it to. 😎
